Works great with some minor bugs
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to connect to customers. It has many features available. It allows us to communicate within our staff and with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment our company reports are not accurate due to calls not being recorded correctly to what CSR is answering the phone. Analytics just show calls going to main customer service line and does not show who picked up that call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to receive calls for our business across multiple office sites at the same time.
It's been a great experience.

The AI is really helpful when documenting.

Unable to select dispositions when it comes to resolution of the calls.

the fact that i can go to one place for calls, meetings, text, etc.

i wish it would integrate with Cinc so that all data can be pushed to our crm.

it is easy to switch from call to video with a customer if things are escalating or if it would be easier to show the customer something.
The product is excellent, implementation was tricky.

it is very user friendly the ai functionality along with transcription is helpful.

down side is the AI is not the best, seems to be improving with use.

Sometimes the sound quality is poor. Generally RC is above average and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
I am liking the AI improvements in Ring Central. I like the number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a voice message takes so long to process and sometimes the AI does a poor job of "translater". For example, I don't get all the numbers and words like "daughter" is translated "dog".

I like that all calls and text messages will immediately receive a response when I am out-of-the-office

Balto helps me make sure I follow the script and touch base on each subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
My agency has it set where I can't edit my phrases, but I don't think that is a Balto thing.

Reminds me to ask every question.
RingCentral EX for Mental Health providers
What do you like best about the product?
We like the features already available within the platform. We use the AI notes feature quite a bit with calls that come to our IT Dept as to get as much detail in our tickets as possible. My team that is on the CX platform really like the call flow that we were able to build out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides that were not explained because of main system problems out of our control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are migrating off Mitel systems to RingCentral so there are a lot of benefits that our IT team can manage that we could not on the Mitel platform.
RingCentral has helped Centralized our Phone system into a single cloud platform.
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is the most helpful to have all Administrative access and control though one Planform. Our Porting of phone numbers went very smoothly with little to no issues during cutover day. Testing of the platform was very good and all features did work as expected on Day 1. The training guides were very detailed and showed the exact steps to configure or do the task needed. This also helped with training new users and having users self-train as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that I have disliked about RingEX is that the Call Log and SMS log are not detailed enough when trying to track calls. It also would be great to have SMS and Phone call log flow as a lot of times the phone call is forwarded or sent to our RingCX platform but tracking the call and how it flowed is difficult. One final thing is RingEX phone setup for provisioning a new phone works fine but has features of purchasing new phones as you are provisioning a new phone which has been confusing to some of our Admins maintaining the system. Being able to disable this feature for Junior Administrators would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RIngEX helped us moved from an On-Premise base PBX to a Cloud PBX Platform and combine multiple Cisco servers into a single Platform for management and connectivity. This has allowed our company to modernize our end user experience and customer experience with modern features our customers/technicians are already used to using.

Ring EX from the Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Ring EX works from anywhere. I can be at work, at home or on the go traveling. I have access anywhere I have an internet connection. Setting up users and personal devices is very easily done. This is my 2nd company I have been working for using Ring Central and we have all loved the ease of integration of all the tools they offer. Our users are excited about using this platform all the time when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything that I do not like or would not use. Your product support and engineering people are very helpful.
