They solved their texting campaign. earlier we waited for the month was not able to send a text.

What do you like best about the product?
I switched to RingEX due to the feature list and user interface. The calls are reliable, and the system is incredibly well laid out and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside yet. It has worked flawlessly for my office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous VoIP system probably had similar features, but getting the customer service to help you get it set up was impossible. They kept sending me 20 page PDF files with instructions rather than jumping on the phone with me to walk through the set up. RingEX will do just the opposite. They will do a video call with you for implementation, but there is plenty of help available in their knowledge base if you need to do a quick search for a change you're looking to make, etc. With RingEX, I am using all of the features we need for our office.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ever-growing set of features that make my team more effective
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most things that are powerful, it's sometimes difficult to figure out how to use the feaatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 2022 we had a need for a new VoIP phone system. We'd been early adopters of cloud-phone systems, back in 2013. Now we'd outgrown that and the vendor was increasing price without increasing service.

RingEX, formerly RingCentral, really delivered. The flexibility with devices, customer service, and features were attractive from the start. In addition, the cost was significantly lower for the feature set available. As time has moved on, RingEX continues to deliver new and innovative features. The recent release of RingSense AI delivers powerful, time-saving, features that greatly improves the user's effectivness.

Its apparent that these features will continue to grow and this will become the leader in the industry.

The text and transcription features. Versatility.

Sometimes it can become too technical for users to manage on their own.

Streamlining call flows. Directing all other calls to operators.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to read voice messages via transcription. The ease of forwarding calls to other numbers and remote access for today's work environment. Implementation was seamless and customer support is always available and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video conferencing can be a little confusing to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of video conferencing included in cost of phone useage and not having to implement a 3rd party service.

What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed the ease of use. I make outbound calls all day and often have to immediately switch to video conference. The ease in which I can share my personal meeting link AND the ease with which my clients can access the meeting makes this a valuable tool for my daily production.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have an autodialer feature. If I could upload leads for example, and autodial down my list... that would be a game changer for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the click to call feature so I can call directly from my 3rd party lead platform and right into RingEX. My role requires video conferencing and screen sharing with my clients, once we start our meeting, and RingEX makes it so easy to initiate and manage the conference call successfully.
