Love RingCentral for meetings and instant messaging
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dial-in option for meetings for my teams that don't have computer software. Instant messaging feature is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I love RingCentral! Ease of use ane inexpensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to meet in person or even in the conference room. Everyone can participate and ease of use

A good alternative to zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and had some all the basic features needed.

Interface is not so catchy. The next update should improve on UI

Using RingCentral has been really helpful, is easy to work with and simple. Calls do not drop if I'm having trouble with my internet

Ring Central video has its edge for video calls and it's been pretty reliable even for larger calls of 50+ people.

This comes in handy for a video call to a large group. The thing is, sometimes the software drops a meeting randomly.

Ease of use. RingCentral video has an intuitive and user-friendly interface

Even thought it's user-friendly, it still takes time to get used to and learn this new video platform. When everyone is already used to Zoom or Webex, it's always a challenge introducing a new platform.

RingCentral video helps to allow me to communicate via video across all my devices--phone, iPad, and laptop.

The only negative point is when you create public teams you are not able to delete people from there until you delete the complete user account.

it fulfill all our business requirement with community edition. so small organisation like us can easily adopt it.

Employees from anywhere can get together for the company, clear video and sound as well. Works wonders when shelping customers through walkthroughs.

Sometimes the meetings will not allow people to join without the mobile or web browser app. Wish the option for break out rooms were available.

It has helped our company as we have coworkes as well as customers from around the country and it enables us to still make contact as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ring Central is that nowadays you know if not being physically present we can't see the screen or anything like that but it is solving the problem of being physically present everywhere I can share my screen to my clients or even my boss and can explain everything as there is also audio feature and one more thing it can be used in almost every sector like I am a professional but if you are a teacher you can use it if you are a student you can also use it to give presentation or something like that if you are a teacher of you are a professional you can also use it to communicate with your clients or colleagues or anything like that it is also giving you a feature of muting others which is also very good so it's very easy to implement and also very easy to use. Along with this it is having a good video call quality so you don't need to bother about the quality of call thank.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific thing that I should write like I don't like this about ring Central video but if you'll ask me only one thing I should say that beside having a good signal sometimes it's video call quality certainly reduces but it happens very rarely so one can compromise with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all my problem to be physically present with all my clients because I can do video call from any place and my clients should be connected to internet and that's all we need and we can communicate with the each other easily so it is solving this problem.
