VoIP services that facilitate the clinet contacts. Also its customization abilities are endless.

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is a complete VoIP service that includes items we used to be charged for, like Softphone applications. Their desktop application is fully integrated and full featured. Not only can you anser the phone and retrieve voicemails, but you can also direct text message, internal isntant messaging, and much more! The implementation was flawless and easy with Ring taking on all of the heavy lifting. Their customer support is exceptional, we have only needed to use them once and they sent us all of the critical information we needed to troubleshoot the issue timely and accurately. The integration with our team was easy, our customer service reps got used to the interface and the new way of calls coming into a queue quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one downside to RingEx and it is also a downside to all VoIP cloud based services...lose your internet or direct circuit connectivity and you lose everything...you can mitigate this with the Mobile App if you can without compromising any security or compliance requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX helped us to reduce the large overhead costs of Customer Service telephony along with internal instant communications.
Just started and support has been great but still a lot of things to do
What do you like best about the product?
The direct integrations with many of our systems works well, but there are still a few things that could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I signed up for the RingSense AI call scoring and follow up notes, but it will not integrate with our CRM at this time and that is a downfall of the system that does a very good job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't solved anything yet, we switch from Bridge and there are some feature we have not beenable to dive into yet but the RingSense AI is a feature I was looking for.

That their customer services goes above and beyond to help.

That sometimes we need to go throught a few steps to troubleshoot.

Helps with transferring calls, create certain rules.
Good quality and easy to use service.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to answer calls on the desktop phone when I am at the office and on the mobile app when I am away. Customers don't know the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really noticed anything I don't like about the service yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access to making and recieveing calls. Coming from Mediacom for Business, RingEX has much better control with call control.
great phone management tool and good support too.

difficult to navigate to changes like new voicemail messages etc.

all communiction for a small business needs.

we might need more levels of admin rights and access. I have a manager I want to supervise calls and don't want the manager to have my cradentials.

The flexibility to make changes online and be able to have such control over our phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say we have anything in particular other then it is somewhat frustrating if our internet goes down so does the phone system, but this would be the case with all voip systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us to gain control over our communications systems at a cost saving to us over AT&T.
