RingCentral Has Significantly Improved over the last 5 years!
What do you like best about the product?
The Desktop and Mobile App simultanous functionality, Features, and Settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It already has some button customization, but I'd like to see more. This is not a minus as I doubt most other VoIP provider's Desktop/Mobile Apps allow the end user to customize buttons at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved SMS message syncing between the desktop app and mobile app when used on another VoIP provider.

What do you like best about the product?
Rings on my phone and computer with a great answer prompt menu. Very easy to set up and use. I use it almost daily for my business. The menu prompts the user to receipient by name. If no recipient is chosen, it will default to the extension we have chosen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have some echoes when I am talking. Can usually be fixed by re-dialling

Eliminates the need for an admin to answers calls. Maintains professional presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I experienced first hand how to be a user and an admin. What I love about it is the user friendly UI of it as a user. You don't need a step by step guide, the design is very minimalistic and straightforward, good for all age range.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, I experience a little lag, or it's not responding when you click a certain menu but it's an everyday case, so we're still happy about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEx has solved the provisioning and deployment of user accounts, and the ease of adapting to new tools.
                        
                            Way Better than Expected
What do you like best about the product?
This has been by far one of the easiest out of the box setups that I've had. I don't have a tech background, but feel pretty tech inclined. The setup was easy and straightforward and the knowledge base/FAQs was very helpful for anything I couldn't figure out on my own. When the Knowledge Base wasn't sufficient the chat feature quickly got me the answer from a knowledgeable technician. I recommend RingCentral to everyone who is looking for VoIP services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike and it could be a function of my cell phone, but I have an answering service set up and my phone never rings the 4 times I have it set to, it's usually once and if I don't see it immediately it just goes straight over to our answering service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me and potential clients with phone and text capabilities and connecting myself and my team with Glip and video call features.

the most helpful is the notification of incoming calls thats just about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
mostly everything else its something that i believe my work place really needs especially if we offer company phones.

its not solving any problems but adding to them it might work for other companies im not impressed.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the sound quality has been really great.  I am excted about he webinar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the interface is slightly confusing especially moving from the app to the admin portal.  I have experience with other platforms so I am somewhat familiar with how things work.  I wish there was a quickstart guide for new users.  Something that also works for new employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to operate on a business level which employees who are in muliple states.
                        
                            Migration to RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
After migrating to RingEX I have heard many people from the firm that its much easier than our previous vendor.  Are Integration went smoothly once we had someone that was knowledgeable of the platform we were migratin from.  The end users aggreed that the features were much better than our other platform.  We used to have major isseus trying to recah out to Customer Support on our old platform but have been very successful with RingEX.
What do you dislike about the product?
WE had an in experienced person helping wiht the migration and had to request asomeone else to get our migration back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allow our firm to be able to answer or make phone calls from Desk Phone, SoftPhone or Mobile with ease.
