I would definitely recommend RingCentral and excited to see what they bring to the table in 2025!
What do you like best about the product?
However, over the past few months, I’ve noticed significant improvements. RingCentral now provides dedicated account managers, which has been a game-changer. Their customer service is much more accessible and responsive. Additionally, their collaboration with Agency Zoom has been a great enhancement, and it’s clear they’re focused on consistently improving their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with RingCentral has been a journey. Initially, I faced significant challenges with their customer service. When I reached out for support, I often had to make multiple calls and express my frustrations before receiving help. It was frustrating to speak with several team members, none of whom seemed to know what was happening or what steps had already been taken. There was a clear lack of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is solving communication and workflow inefficiencies. By streamlining communication tools and providing seamless integration with platforms like Agency Zoom, it has eliminated the frustration of disjointed service and lack of coordination among team members. This benefits me by saving time, ensuring quicker issue resolution, and enhancing overall productivity. The addition of dedicated account managers and improved accessibility to customer service has also brought clarity and reliability to the support process, making it much easier to focus on my business without communication roadblocks.

I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES AT THE MOMENT, BUT THEY DID HELP ME UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION FAST AND EASY WHEN I FORGOT MY LOG IN
Stable platform with many features
What do you like best about the product?
The options of using a desktop phone, a PC app, and a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting support sometimes can be a long wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company is no longer needed to maintain the infrastructure of a traditional PBX system. The uptime is improved using RingCentral's cloud PBX platform.
Optimal Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows my firm to be on top of communication in any direction whether to communicate internally or externally.
The software is user friendly and allows you to call, send SMS, Fax, Video Conferencing and more.

PDF files cannot be shared via SMS, you just can't do it.

being able to send out mass message to our employees is very benificial. its also very easy to use.

RingEX have provided excellent service and resolved any issues quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
Staff are knowledgeable and able to fix technical issues quickly and easily. They show me through how to make changes in the system myself. The phone system is great and works well for us. It has all of the features of our old system. Set up was super easy.

We have had no issues wtih RIngEX and there is nothing to dislike

RingEX replaces our old PABX phone system that was not cloud based. It is working fine
Easy and good for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, everything is pretty straight forward. You also get email notifications for things received other than phone calls, that makes it easy for us to file in our management system. With this integration, we are able to keep compliant in our filing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on the phone is could use some updates, as there is not much you can do when receiving a call (just answer or reject).

it has helped me in creating new users and adding new employees

What do you like best about the product?
We absolutely love using RingEx as a team. It’s incredibly easy to implement and set up, and the customer support team is both patient and highly responsive. The features are excellent for fostering daily communication, making our workflow much smoother.

We haven't found anything that we dislike since using.

As a cloud-based communication and VoIP platform, RingEx enables seamless collaboration, regardless of location. It simplifies information sharing and facilitates real-time responses from colleagues, enhancing overall productivity.
Helpful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Anytime we need help or issues addressed, if we call into Ring Central Customer Support, we receive quick help and the agents are patient and willing to help. The software is easy to use every day and has a variety of features beneficial to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we will have issues contacting our account manager, but are still able to receive help. And we do get a lost of ghost calls from random extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have meetings with our whole remote team and allows us to easily communicate among each other and our clients all day.
