The migration from our traditional PBX to the RingCentral cloud was smooth. Users in our company had spent for 15 minutes on learning the soft phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of supported headset devices. Most of them are expensive.

Independent to hardware. We just install softphone, no more hardware awareness and mainenance cost.

Very easy to use and train others, also has great online help tips and tricks easy to access.

Multiple logins for reporting and admin, would like an all in one option, not a show stopper just need to be aware.

no longer have to manage on prem, not longer have updates to manage and push out.

Ring Central is one of the best application to connect with the peoples for for any professional communication.

Overall experience with the application is good but it takes time to process the commands.

In my work profile I need to connect with different peoples on daily basis, This helps me to do so with a best audio and video quality.

Anyone can offer VOIP service. Where the difference is made is support when problems happen. Their team made it easy to set up, and integrate with our current systems.

The admin portal could be a little more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient and easy to use especially when making audio calls, video conferencing and sending texts to our clients.It's features are great,functionable,very extensive and works reliably.Am able to intergrate the software with our new Vacation Rental software which made communication with our guests more easier and automated.They also have amazing customer services,willing to help and guide every step.I highly recommend this tool.

Nothing,i had a great experience with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The softphone can be installed on multiple computers allowing you to have,for example;one copy installed on your desktop and the other copy on your laptop.So i can leave my desk and take my laptop with me and still be able to answer my phone .It has offered an affordable options for tele-conferences and provides multiple options for customer srevices when needed.Overall am quite happy with this software services.
