RingEX
What do you like best about the product?
I think the sound quality has been really great. I am excted about he webinar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the interface is slightly confusing especially moving from the app to the admin portal. I have experience with other platforms so I am somewhat familiar with how things work. I wish there was a quickstart guide for new users. Something that also works for new employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to operate on a business level which employees who are in muliple states.
Migration to RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
After migrating to RingEX I have heard many people from the firm that its much easier than our previous vendor. Are Integration went smoothly once we had someone that was knowledgeable of the platform we were migratin from. The end users aggreed that the features were much better than our other platform. We used to have major isseus trying to recah out to Customer Support on our old platform but have been very successful with RingEX.
What do you dislike about the product?
WE had an in experienced person helping wiht the migration and had to request asomeone else to get our migration back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allow our firm to be able to answer or make phone calls from Desk Phone, SoftPhone or Mobile with ease.
We just switch to RingCentral and it's been amazing

Features for the call's dont get missed.

the customer service of some agents when we called for assisstance

Sometimes the app can glitch and crash so you lose your call

Reasonable cost and easy operation
What do you like best about the product?
The migration from our traditional PBX to the RingCentral cloud was smooth. Users in our company had spent for 15 minutes on learning the soft phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of supported headset devices. Most of them are expensive.

Independent to hardware. We just install softphone, no more hardware awareness and mainenance cost.

Very easy to use and train others, also has great online help tips and tricks easy to access.

Multiple logins for reporting and admin, would like an all in one option, not a show stopper just need to be aware.

no longer have to manage on prem, not longer have updates to manage and push out.

Ring Central is one of the best application to connect with the peoples for for any professional communication.
It is very easy to use. Also it is a user friendly application.

Overall experience with the application is good but it takes time to process the commands.

In my work profile I need to connect with different peoples on daily basis, This helps me to do so with a best audio and video quality.
