The new AI feature , the RingSenseAI can help in meeting notes and its ease of use and also the ability to implement it easily

Having a separate line for vendors. being able to text our employees while I'm on desktop is the bees knees

Messaging has been a huge saver for my Email inbox.
A Good Platform That Can Handle Complex Functions
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is really good. I always receive a quick response. They will either walk you through how to set things up, or they will do it for you and tell you how they did it. I like that there are so many options of how you want to set up the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve to setting everything up. There are so many features and functions that it can be complex when you want something set up in a very particular way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was great during covid when we left the office setting and still needed to receive calls and messages. We kept this system in place even after we returned to the office because it actually works better this way and has made us more efficient.
So much easier than Cisco Call Manager
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the simplicity of use for Ring Central. We are coming from a server based Cisco Call Manager and we like the ability to have this system hosted by someone else. Implemention and Integration has been a breeze. We've only needed support once so far, but the support team was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that wories me is the learning curve for our end users. We've never had the features we have now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining six servers we don't need anymore.
RingEX
What do you like best about the product?
RingEx is a tremendously user-friendly program. It was easy to implement, and we are currently integrating with the call center. It is feature-rich and meets our business needs. We are completely ring-central customers who only use other production for external communication. it is used daily for calls, text, and video conferencing in all our conference rooms. The add-in makes it easy to integrate with Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for the ring central phone or numbers is not the best. The contact center product has better customer support.

internal communication and easy access with the RingCentral app.
We have been a constumer of Ringcentral for almost more than 4 years

For any kind of technical issue we face, the suppoert team would promptly get back to us and help us in resolving those issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There is nothing to dislike about them, but it would be great if they can help us in resolving the few things directly by themself, instad of going to service providers, like removing our numbers from spam list.
2. Previously we use to have whatsapp business with ringcentral numbers, but now that has been removed.
3. Previously we are not paying for SMS charges, but now we are paying it seperately. But, that can be undestandable that it is due to change in rules with US government.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our support team works from India, They need US numbers to get in touch with our consultants working in USA. Using VoIP we were able to connect with them and there are many advantage with VoIP, like we don't have to worry about the SIM registratiosn, easy to assign the numbers to the users, same number can be resued for new joiners in the company.

Convenient and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to navigate. All menu options are displayed on the left, so it's easy to keep an overview of your tasks and which items to select for whichever purposes. RingCentral allows for seamless operation, handling multiple calls in a short span of time, as well as keeping a history over every action you have taken through this program. I use it every day and I love it! It's the perfect integration in my work-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does feel like there is a lot of text to navigate through, or perhaos the actual design/UI could use a small overhaul, but it's not interfering with anything.

I am able to call customers, clients, employees and other business locations of ours.
