What do you like best about the product?
They always answer my calls for help quickly! I am very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. They have solved my problem every time, with one phone call!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no negatives to report about my customer service experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work remotely and answer work calls through my computer.

Not so easy to implement without support

They address issues with running a business remotely. Their services link our staff remotely with ease and handles pricing issues with running multiple 800 numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, anytime customer service was contacted, my issues were resolved right away. It's also very easy to use!! It's something I've used frequently, and like the number of features with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it works great for what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had some issues with new user's being added but texting wasn't working, called and it was fixed with a quick phone call

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Ring Central is very flexible allowing us to get new numbers and extensions as we grow. I also like that we can utilize the same number for both phone and faxes and RC handles them appropriately automatically. Ring Central also has excellent customer service and were professional and efficient when I've had to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I feel could be improved is the contacts section. It is difficult to enter a business as a contact as the number will be displayed rather than the business name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central allows us the flexibility we need to expand and add additional extensions and numbers as needed. This is quick and seamless; allowing us to move efficiently.

There are no downsized. This program is perfect.

ease of use for GUI, natural feel for users
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration is clunky, service migration is worst in class for price point. Billing is arcane and non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better calling platform than our last. Users love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the call recording aspect - It allows for us to review sales calls and learn from them. Integration went pretty smooth other than setting up out texting campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found a feature we don't like as of yet. We are new to RingCentral.

None as of yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily call to reach Customer service. I get a human on the phone right away, and they are able to walk me through each step. We have our account very perosnalized/customized, and customer service has made that easy to set up as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes long time to hear back from sales rep on issues regarding trial period
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had a different phone provider, where I had a very difficult time reahcing customer service to resolve ANYTHING

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about RingCentral MVP is the ease of use of the software. The most common everyday functions are very easy to access. Customer service is also top-notch. I use this admin panel daily and it's reduced administrative tasks by 20% compared to other similar products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menu's can be a bit confusing. It' can be cumbersome to find certain customizations requiring several clicks and submenus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have problems with business continuity. This allows users to receive calls when at home or on the go.
