One of our most Feature Rich, Easy to Use, Consistent, Problem (almost) Free Tools

What do you like best about the product?
The constant modifications based on customer feedback. In addition to the MINIMAL down time we ever have. The feature rich software is user friendly and rarely have to do much "troubleshooting" or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the tech support to me intermittently helpful. It either is amazing or absolutely frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SMS reusable templates. We have many repeated text (studies, appts, etc)
Bulk SMS exporting! I have been waiting for this as we didn't have a great way with our system to export these and for data retention very important!
Translator (when implemented fully) This is amazing as we do have many studies in various countries and even within our own US based studies often Spanish, etc. We have people speaking the language but in the middle to connect people or if someone is gone, this is helpful.
Smart Notes! This will save MUCH MUCH of the time!

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI tools for how fast its coming and growing, it helps to have the tools to show real world and or applications to use it with not just saying it but not really showing/ how it can work for each user and such. Espically since its going to be upgraded over, so no mess of upgrading making it easy to upgrade to

The notes it can take and parts and such on calls/meetings is very cool and easy to refrence later for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet, its so new it all sounds good and does sound it it is a number of tools people can find a way to use it and or work with it everyday. So until I get to use it for awhile I wouldn't know if there is anything I dislike but seems great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 2 locations acrross the country and so far the notes and refrence of a meeting we just had, has already made it a great way to make sure no notes parts or anything else was missed.

A competent suite, but bogged down by redundant features

What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and powerful. Overall solid audio quaility. Very feature rich. The app is generally very usable for everyday users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of ways to do essentially the same thing. This makes implementation and maintenance tricky if multiple people manage the system. It will take time before it becomes intuitive where to go if something isn't working the way you intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating phones across a multiude of business units and locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ringex is a new RingCentral solution that simplifies business communication, chat, and collaboration. It's like having a smartphone system for the entire firm. Ringex allows you to conduct calls, hold video meetings, and send messages all in one spot. It's excellent because it allows everyone to stay connected, no matter where they are. Furthermore, it is really simple to use and ensures that everything is secure. If you wish to improve your team's communication and collaboration, Ringex could be the solution!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ringex makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate. It eliminates the need for many communication apps by consolidating them into a single location. This allows you to call, chat, and have meetings without switching between apps. It allows you to save time and work more effectively with your team.

Great product - Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
The configuration and layout of the Admin Portal and Desktop App is extremely Intuitive. Hardly any training was required for the staff at all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is great! Customer Support was amazing, and it is super easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegation of Call Routing. This product is easy enough to use that our supervisors can make the needed changes to their teams, instead of requiring an IT request and complicated configurations to avoid breaking other features.

Communication simplified

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about RingEX has been how it's streamlined communication in my organization. We've been able to utilize many of the features RingEX offers to simplify our workflow in day-to-day operations and make the lives of our employees easier than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some elements of the RingEX interface could use some polish, especially on the administrator side. Overall, though, I've been able to navigate through the various UIs and accomplish any task I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has provided a platform for our employees to communicate not just with each other but also with our clients. It's been an easy "set it and forget it" experience thus far!

Some of the provising needs help, and the ability to have it wherever we are

Working in healthcare we need the ability to have phone work 99.99% of the time . As well as we are currently finding old systems that are needing to be replaced

What do you like best about the product?
Very thrilled with the new porting process. I would really like to see a better overall process for SMS TCR registration as it takes a long time and uploading cvs files fails often.

The SMS templates are amazing and now using with Automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of features for internal DM's, would like some automation and workflows for integration with external services. A Power Automate connector would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usermanagement simplified, SMS templates solves my need for customizing per user

What do you like best about the product?
Easy platform to work with, in particular, IVR setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a little limited and sometimes getting a resolution when calling customer service can be a challenge.
