Fantastic phone service!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use phone, fax and text! And the ability to fax, while I am on the phone is a GAMECHANGER for me!!
What do you dislike about the product?
really, nothing at this point....it is hard to complain about much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to fax Forms to the IRS while I am on the phone, and being able to do that all from my desk, without having to get up and go to the fax machine, while the IRS Rep waits on the phone is a gamechanger for my practice!!

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has used RingCentral for nearly 10 years and could not be more pleased with the dependable, affordable service. It has met all of our telecommunication needs, especially during the pandemic. The customer service is outstanding and we highly recommend RingCentral.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about RingCentral MVP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized phone system is important for our small business and RingCentral met those needs in a dependable, affordable manner.

Expect to pay more for low quality service

What do you like best about the product?
They have to capabilities we require to run our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a significant and unexpected charge on my bill for the last 3 months. And for the last 2 months, I have emailed my account rep 4 times and still have answer on the extra charge. I got one email saying she is looking into it but still have not recieved a response.

From the start, this company has been very misleading and went back on their word during negotiations. Expect to pay more for low quality service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were supposed to provide a value based solution for our use case but will all the additional costs that they cannot explain, there is no benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I am pleased with the customer service, I have used their assistance a lot this year, and have appreciated every person that has helped me. I do like the direct line, I have had a few different phone numbers given to me, but receive faster assistance from what i believe is a premium line.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online search system has not been very helpful, it is either outdated, or the search words/keywords need to be specific to what ring central would identify. If I am trying to find help on something, I need to know exactly what it is called before I can search it. Even so, I have been on a help page that gave me directions that would never have worked, I looked for so long to find the items it was suggesting, and I never would have found them on my own. I needed to have a person walk me through the steps, it was much more complicated than outlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is consistently making phone service easier and more reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Call quality is good. The customer service is outstanding. The features are wonderful. It saves us money and was easy to integrate and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I don't like at this point.

Our previous provider was creating issues with our technology. RingCentral has solved that issue.
