It's usage on different devices and on mobile

Nothing except that we have to get a whole SMS we can't get individual SMS for each mvp

It's The Greatest Enterprise Product w/ the Worst Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very rich with abundant features and wide support. Implementation is simple and the UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure. The likes make it difficult to think about the dislikes. Customer support is sometimes difficult to work with but I guess that's with any helpdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is very admin friendly, probably better than all other platforms available through the competition.
Ring Central Has Nice Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use a CRM designed for Executive Recruiting (PC Recruiter), and Ring Central works really well with it. I can push a button on a contact name in PC Recruiter and either call or text the individual, taking notes in real-time during the conversation. I can also send an email and schedule a follow-up meeting right there during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring Central does not have an autodialer feature, which would allow me to make more calls in a shorter period of time. Also, to my knowledge, it doesn't have a pre-recorded voicemail message that I can leave by pressing a button if I get somebody's voicemail.
Setting up SMS messaging with Ring Central was not easy. It took a few weeks, multiple phone calls, and a lot of emails back and forth. I finally have SMS messaging capabilities, but it took over four weeks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It answers the phone, directs callers to my number, and provides a voicemail during non-work hours. In my opinion, it's more professional than having my mobile phone on me 24/7. It's very easy to send a text and I can type on my keyboard rather than talk to text or typing on a mobile phone.

Love that it allows for calling, texting and faxing, extra bonus the video calls.

So far, the support is amazing! Quick to answer and have resolved all the issues I've presented so far.

Nothing! I absolutely love this product!

Ease of use in the Admin portal. We came from Mitel/Gibson and that was a hassle to have to manage it on 2 different webpages/servers.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, customer suppport is always super fast and efficient with their responses, I have recommneded Ring Central to other businesses. We use it strickly for our business. It was easy to set up and there are several programs that we can intergrate with our shop software to talk between the systems.

There hasn't been anything to note as of yet.

They are helping with the ease of transitioning and better use of soft and hardware

I like the ease of use, and the ability to have the app on my phone and computer and not need a actual desktop phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the phone rings on my computer and I dont' want to answer it or i'm on another call you can't silence it or send it to voicemail. It keeps circling back around.

Helps me be able to fax documents for my clients and answer my phone from anywhere and work remotely if needed.
User freindly and makes life a lot easier being able to basically take our office phone anywhere.

Being able to access text, phone, fax from a phone, laptop, or mobile device. Ease of use is essential!

Sometimes our calls do not go through, but I think we have that fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
Yes many thing like i am in sales department, So i alwsys need to contact my customers. i need to call them text them. I love it once thing more about voice massage, if you have hearing problem so there also wrriten in text.

Right now nothing. i am fully satisty with the software, Also i have no complain. If i feel any thing about it then i will let you know about.
