Makes Communication Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one platform. Makes getting in touch with my colleagues simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features change that I'm not aware of. However, Customer Support is always helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to use multiple platforms for different features. RingCentral MVP is a one-stop shop!

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about RingCentral MVP is i can use this everywhere in my phone whethere its android, iphone or in my pc or laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application gets logout in the phone if you do not use it for few days...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think RingCentral provides best quality VOIP services  and also you can use it from anywhere as long as internet is available that is very much solving our problem is we were earlier using PBX server which was connected through multiple VPNS and there were call quality issues and out of office network we had to connect VPN.
                        
                            Good account management & support. TERRIBLE renewals process
What do you like best about the product?
The account managers and response to technical support requests are good. Overall phone quality and ease of system administration are also good. They also have CTI with most popular CRMs without any additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The renewals process is beyond painful. If you want to make any changes to your account, it is going to be next to impossible. The renewals team also seems uninformed about the features and limitations of their products, does not provide timely responses to emails, will overcharge your account and then will drag their feet on submitting any refund request. I would not recommend RC based on my experience with the renewals team alone, it is that frustrating and terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is our voice solution. However their SMS automation could still use a lot of development. We use HeyMarket for SMS.

                            Passable VOIP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendlyness of Ring Central MVP is great. It has nice integrations with Microsoft 365. The installation packages are easily available. It is very easy for my entire team to communicate every day using Ring Central.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is somewhere between fair and very poor. Multiple points of contact for one issue, different account representatives every few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are a useable and easy to implement VoIP provider.

Easy to setup and use, great customer support.

I havent found any issues that I would put under Dislike.

It allows us to integrate existing cell phones to a call tree rather than purchase desk phones that typically sit un-used.

It is a one stop shop. I was able to setup my virtual assistant and get an 800 number

The time it took to get my set up administrator to respond to me.

                            Stay connected from Anywhere with all the tools necessary
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to switch between a physical phone to applicationt to computer.  The ability to log in from anywhere in the world and stay connected to your business. Easy to log in, great customer support to get to a representative easy.  The flexibility to move things around as needed and hand over phone numbers is great for continuity from on employee to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that it runs on data and when data signal is poor, your Ring Central connection is poor.

Accesibility to info of your phone from various devices.

What do you like best about the product?
As it's linked with Job Diva in jst a click in Job Diva helps me to call the candidate without again and again switching apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets disconnected and we cannot copy a number from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me easy access to reach out to candidates.
