It works well the vast majority of the time
What do you like best about the product?
The phones we use work well, are easy to use and learn, and are generally comfortable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the internet goes down and a reboot is necessary, people have a difficult time hearing us for a few days as we sound like robots on the other end.

I like how we can easily make calls and connect with people in US and also connectivity is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to add in here yet because im getting all my work done by ringcentral. Only if budget could be a little lesser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring central's conference calling really made it easy for me to connect my client with the manager and consultants. This is saving alot of time.

Easy to use, user friendly, It's calling and texting featurs are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is noting which I really dislike about it, however if composing text option would be on header that would more easy to use.

Overall Great Service but Lacking a Few Key Features
What do you like best about the product?
Great instant messaging platform, phone calls are usually decent quality (both to internal extensions and external numbers) and video calls function essentially the same as Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features missing, like the ability to share computer audio when sharing screen (can only be done in browser) and read receipts on messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a unified communications platform. Previously used Zoom for video, Cisco for phone, and Google Chat for instant messaging. RingCentral allowed us to consolidate all that to one place.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have the all in one model. My company uses them for phone and fax and it works great! We can all work remotely and still remain on the same phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything that I dislike at the moment.

Working remotely
Fax remotely.. It benefits us because we don't have to be tied to one location we can work all over the metroplex.

easy to use, good value for the money, can transfer an existing phone number to it

Nothing honestly. Everything is very fluid.

Answering the phones and getting more calls booked
The support and villing are literally the worst you will ever have to deal with

The service itself is ok but be warned they will not let you cancel lines

I tried numerous ties to remove 2 lines I didn't want. Each call they would have a reason why I could or just straight up disconnect me. These guys are bad. Really bad. I would never ever use their services again.

It's not the right service for me and given the support is so bad do not recommend.
