I use Ringcentral MVP on daily basis to call users
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexible to use and hardly have few issues. Its good for Customer support and ease for implemntation.

I don't dislike RingCentral. The service and customer support always upto the mark and ontime.

Great system for my business
What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use and convenient it is. I use it on my desk top and when out of my office I can use on my cell phone.

There is nothing that I dislike about it, it's a great system

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a reliable communications platform for our clients and our team to operate smoothly and efficiently. RC has been a great partner for many years and helped us scale and change to varying opportunities and business conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
System is very complex and requires training for setup but worth the effoert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system enables our field team to communicate with both clients and our office team to provide a high level of client experience.
RingCentral the all in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral MVP is a great solution for all of our communication needs. The phone system, the video meetings and the collaboration platform are used daily and are simple to use. We also have a great Customer Support representitive that helps with any issues when they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any down sides to RingCentral MVP. The solution was easy to implement and the integration into our Microsoft office suite completes all of our needs for a communication platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral solves a many of our business issues for us. First, We have 6 facilities throughout California and Texas making collaboration between our facilities difficult. However with the unified app the team collaboration has sky rocketed and is a tool that our staff could not go without. Second, our customers not only come in to our facilites but there is a need for our staff to be able to reach out via video to our customers on a daily basis. The RC Video Meetings allows us to be able to complete this task and our customers love the ease of use. Thridly, the phone system. Not only does this assist with our call center but also alows ease of scalability. When we open a new location we are able to have it up and running from a communication standpoint in a matter of days. The system is a true "plug and play" system.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral has been an essential tool for our company. What we like best about RingCentral is its reliability. Reliable communication is necessary for any business and RingCentral is consistent with its up-time. This allows our daily operations to run smoothly without any interruptions. Whenever we have had any issues their customer support team is ready to help via chat or phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Depending on your company’s size and needs, the pricing can be quite high, which might not be suitable for smaller budgets. It's important to determine whether the cost is justified for your specific requirements. Some features are complex for new users. This can be a drawback, especially for smaller teams with limited resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solved was providing our employess with a mobile extension, which is especially valuable for those who work from home (WFH) or have flexible work arrangements. RingCentral allows our employess working remotely to stay connected to their work line, enabling them to send and receive phone calls seamlessly. Our employees can use their work extension, maintaing a professional impression when communicating with clients and partners.

Multiple users can use it and go between the lines

It requires tech support to set up and it was very confusing

Multi level lines for multiple departments that are all virtual and the users are remote but need to see the fax and text of each other

it has an SMS feature, calling is good but when you can send sms in bulk, that becomes awesome

SMS campaign could be customizable, like saying hello %firstname%

It helps in seamlessly dialing the customers and sending them sms.
Versatility, Flexibility, and great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to configure our phone menu structure for our company just how we want it. Anytime I have had a request or issue the customer support line has helped me resolve it. The only thing we haven't been able to do is change the voice on the IVR menu - which is just a nitpick of ours. Overall we've had a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to upload a MP3 for the IVR menu is a challenge for us, since we'd rather upload a voice that sounds less robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a company 800 phone number from which we can direct callers to all our branches and sidiary brands.

sometimes texting doesn't work, inbound messages can get a little mized up

The customer support is great, the calls are clear and easy to connect, and it is very user friendly.

Setting it up was very difficult with 10DLC, everything else has been great.
