Reliable, user-friendly phone system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to roll phones to different users, voice to text option, texting option, voicemail notificaiton, ability to use app from personal cell phone for business calls, decent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing versions with little knowledge of how to use the new platform. It sometimes requires a little digging to find what I am looking for. Lots of uses that I am not familiar with. Little/no training. Most knowledge has been trial by fire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No current issues.
RingCentral - Great Cloud Based Communications System
What do you like best about the product?
We had issues with functionality in our last cloud communications system. RingCentral has provided solutions to these issues and is a solid communications sytem.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any negative issues to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is a solid cloud based communications system and has solved issues we previously had with another lcoud provider.
Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central can be anything you want it to be. However they tend to change their menu's quite a bit and there is always a learning curve when that happens. RIng Central's tech department is great with explaining how everything works. They are very patient and are very eager to make sure you are completely satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get through to a person, you must go through too many automated questions and they try to get you to use their automated system which is a total waste of time.

Being able to answer the phone from anywhere with the app

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the functionality/number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any VOIP telephone solution, calls can sometimes sound a little tinny, not connect or drop, but this seems a small price to pay for the overall ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to skip the entire (and always expensive) physical PBX and business land line discussion by adopting this very versatile, easily expandible and portable solution.

Better than most but has a room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can be linked to JobDiva, is a big win. It makes it all the more easy for me to connect with the candidates without the unnecessary hassle of switching between the two applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are not much downsides but one thing that bugs me the most is that it doesn't work as smooth as it should. It lags a lot. Sometimes the buffer time is too long and it has nothing to do with the network connection. I would love a smoother experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral helps me to connect with the overseas candidates effortlessly. The calling and texting takes place as easily as it could be. It also gives the option of sending emojis, which some texting applications don't, and helps me connect better with my candidates making the infrastructure of the texts look less technical and more appealing. I can reach out to my candidates over text, calls and leave voice mails as well. Any other platform can't establish such a personal and benifitting bond that Ring Central is helping me achieve with the overseas candidates.
Non-Responsive Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Provided a low benchmark of features and customer service, teaching me what to look for in a replacement VOIP provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to get Archiver repaired to resume backing up SMS data. Unable to receive meaningful communication with customer service about resolving the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using RingCentral primarily for phone and SMS communication with clients of my law firm.
Good Office Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Used RingCentral almost daily for more than 1 year. I think it is a good communication tool when it comes to having baseline features for the team's connectivity and statuses. It can be easily integrated with other apps that enhance productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has less range of customization in terms of themes and moods when it comes to comparison with other such software in the market. The huddle feature is missing and the internal call feature is less user friendly

I think it serves the basic need for office communication. It is collaborative, which helps when it comes to having seamless and uninterrupted communication

What do you like best about the product?
It can be downloaded and can be used with multiple devices like Android, Windows and apple devices without any additional configuration.

I think to get a support from ringcentral is very long process and their response time is very slow

I believe connecting people all over the world with Ringcentral is very easy no configuration is required, you just have to login with your credentials.

RingCentral is an affordable yet sophisticated online VOIP solution for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to implement, use anytime anywhere, and integrate into CRM. The support team is generally helpful almost all the time. It has a lot of features at an affordable price.

How it uses up a lot of connectivity bandwidth.
