GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE
What do you like best about the product?
The suppport ring central offers is the best

nothing, i would reccomend ring cenral to all business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ring central was very helpfull wehn setting up the service, they have followed up several times asking what they can be assitance with.
Best Transition Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central has streamlined so much for our company. The transition experience was the best ever.. a knowledgeable team from start to finish! The system is extremely user-friendly and has valuable features to meet everyday needs from voicemail to virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside was on us for waiting so long to switch to RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost-effective in bringing our needs to one platform for IM internally, voicemail, virtual meetings, and the ability to support webinars.
Easy to use and configure
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is easy for employees to use. The apps are available for windows, mac, android, and iPhone, and they work very seamlessly. I wasn't able to find another platform that can centralize all phone, SMS, and fax needs in one app and connected to one phone number. It is also easy to add new users, provision deskphones, and send faxes using the Ringcentral desktop app's virtual fax printer driver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There lacks option to use multiple caller ID's from deskphone. For example, other systems let me configure an outbound dial prefix which sets the outbound caller ID accordingly. i.e. dial 9+ the phone number for the main company caller ID, and dial 8+ the number for direct line as caller ID. Also would like to have shared voicemail functionality in RingCentral (general voicemail box that can be applied to several users). These options are not yet available in RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing phone, SMS, and fax communications to one platform. Allows easier communications with clients and mobility because of the ability to move calls from deskphone to mobile app to desktop app etc.
It is very user friendly and support is easy to deal with :)
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service. 100 percent the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets laggy and have calls disconnected. Says I have bad connection but I have really high speed net.

Our text messaging option. I am able to connect with my customers easily.

I like being able to use it from my computer as well as my mobile phone.

Calls will drop and not come through properly.

I do not have to have extra equipment on my desk since it is used with my computer and mobile phone
Customer services isn't the best. but all in all it does the job

That multiple employees can sign into the same extension if needed for on call purposes

Costomer service and a few features that would be helpful in the app

Havent seen anything like that as of yet
Ringcentral is the windstream of ip phones, I would rather send smoke signals in a storm.

The UI is okay to use, not the worst i've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is outrageous, took us over 2 months to cancel and steal dealing with monthly bills for a service we do not use in the tens of thousands. Escalating to managers dont work as nobody will ever call you back. Stay far away from this company if you can.

Solved the call center while using it, rarely downtime in the beginning, more and more with the latest releases.

What I like best about RingCentral is the fact that I no longer use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I experienced fax sounds when calling in, the only way to fix it was to disable my fax service.
2. There was a busy signal, when calling out, even when the recipient was not using the line.
3. The android app will not ring after checking all settings on the phone & in the app, and re-installing the app.
4. C.I.D. does not work, rep says its the receiving carriers issue, but the receiving carrier shows everyone elses C.I.D. just fine.
5. I called tech support, from the ringcentral app, waited 10 min, call disconnected, the app said "bad connection" despite full bars and good throughput/ping on the phone,
I called tech support again, waited another 10 minutes, finally got in touch
6. after about 10 calls to tech support in the 1st 2 days, I decided to cancel. I called the number provided for canceling, I was left on hold for 10 minutes before being dumped at a voicemail box, TWICE, had to use chat.
7. Over and over again, a chat agent connects with me, makes me verify everything, but when I ask to cancel, the agent ends the chat.
THIS LASTED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. ( I have screenshots to prove it) Finally one of the agents set me free from this torture.

What do you like best about the product?
The agent stayed on the line made sure the issue was completely resolved - which took aver an hour.

Spoke with 2-3 people before getting the right associate to help.

Ring Central continues to be a vital component to my Small Real Estate Business.
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having users in multiple locations commuinicate via one platform is critical for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring Central is incredibly robust--I often require the assistance of their support staff to add users or complete certain technical tasks in using it.

Ease of communication from users in multiple countries.
