RingCentral provided us with a complete phone system solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the system to suit our needs and variety of agents schedules is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little complicated to learn, but once we did so, using the many tutorials that are available, we have a good handle on the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system provided us with a turnkey solution for providing access to the system across the USA for our agents working on different schedules and a different time zones. It allow us to create group messages to keep each other informed.
RingEX brings it all together for us
What do you like best about the product?
All in one solution. We love that we have a main phone number, and all our workers (who work remotely), and clients can call or text to that one number...very convenient, and allows all of us to text or call - and to track all texts or calls. We have >100 employees - so strong communication is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little pricier than the competition - but worth it - in our estimation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central texting and phone line - we no longer have a "texting" phone - we have a central phone line/hub that many of the admins can check. We can way more easily "share the load" - which is a good long term strategy..
Rng Central is the most professional and technically superior of the phone services available.
What do you like best about the product?
Instant help when necessary online and through customer service and a robust training libaray to help with nearly any topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. They have done everything they said they would do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have four incoming telephone lines and our Ring Central system allows any user to answer any incoming line that is ringing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the app to enable communiations via phone, text, video, IM and eFax from everywhere I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
When performance is poor due to bad WiFi or internet connections.

Helping the company communicate mush easier and more efficiently.
Calling made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to dial a phone number including extensions.

The user interface is kind of needing a face lift.

Its solving having to dial manually each and every call i make. The point and click funtion and auto dial option is great.

Teams Direct Routing setup is somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral solves the problem of having on-site infrastructre in place that was aging and needing to be replaced.
Excellent Dialer for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the RingCentral DigitalLine is the User-Friendly interface. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can easily use it. Also, it's very easy to get started with, You don't need an expert to download and configure it.
Apart from that, It has some robust features like, a variety of calling features, messaging, meetings, video calls etc.
On top of that, it's also easy on your pocket.

What do you dislike about the product?
There're instances where one can feel audio disturbance during calls. Also, the customer support has a very long wait time before you can reach to the person who can actually help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves my time by providing a very user-friendly interface so that we don't have to train our staff on how to use it. ALso, it saves my money by providing cost-effective plans as per my business needs.
One of our most Feature Rich, Easy to Use, Consistent, Problem (almost) Free Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The constant modifications based on customer feedback. In addition to the MINIMAL down time we ever have. The feature rich software is user friendly and rarely have to do much "troubleshooting" or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the tech support to me intermittently helpful. It either is amazing or absolutely frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SMS reusable templates. We have many repeated text (studies, appts, etc)
Bulk SMS exporting! I have been waiting for this as we didn't have a great way with our system to export these and for data retention very important!
Translator (when implemented fully) This is amazing as we do have many studies in various countries and even within our own US based studies often Spanish, etc. We have people speaking the language but in the middle to connect people or if someone is gone, this is helpful.
Smart Notes! This will save MUCH MUCH of the time!

The new AI tools for how fast its coming and growing, it helps to have the tools to show real world and or applications to use it with not just saying it but not really showing/ how it can work for each user and such. Espically since its going to be upgraded over, so no mess of upgrading making it easy to upgrade to

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet, its so new it all sounds good and does sound it it is a number of tools people can find a way to use it and or work with it everyday. So until I get to use it for awhile I wouldn't know if there is anything I dislike but seems great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 2 locations acrross the country and so far the notes and refrence of a meeting we just had, has already made it a great way to make sure no notes parts or anything else was missed.
A competent suite, but bogged down by redundant features
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and powerful. Overall solid audio quaility. Very feature rich. The app is generally very usable for everyday users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of ways to do essentially the same thing. This makes implementation and maintenance tricky if multiple people manage the system. It will take time before it becomes intuitive where to go if something isn't working the way you intended. Creating multiple schedules for a menu is not possible without creating multiple versions of the menu. Powerful but cumbersome and complicated.

Consolidating phones across a multiude of business units and locations.
