What do you like best about the product?
It's so smooth. And so professional and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. Everything is very fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering the phones and getting more calls booked

What do you like best about the product?
The service itself is ok but be warned they will not let you cancel lines
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried numerous ties to remove 2 lines I didn't want. Each call they would have a reason why I could or just straight up disconnect me. These guys are bad. Really bad. I would never ever use their services again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not the right service for me and given the support is so bad do not recommend.

It is complicated and expensive. Also sometimes slow

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral MVP is a game-changer. This platform seamlessly merges innovation, efficiency, and reliability, which made it a standout choice for us. Being on the team for the initial set up thene being the expert has really meant that I have done a deep dive and experienced the system in full

The user-friendly interface is super easy to navigate and is seamless.

One of the standout features for me is the flexibility. With its mobile app, no matter where I am in the world I am easily contactable with communication options to the business at my fingertips.

Customer support is second to none, anything that is logged is followed up and updated regularly.

Overall, RingCentral MVP is brilliant. Any business that is looking for a new system shouldnt look any further than RC MVP

I would like to be able to customize it a little more than what is offered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivitiy, living in a world of online RC MVP keeps us all connected seamlessly with no issues

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use , good features , easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support -- Proactive update of the Priority incident is not provided, you need to reach out to Ring Central to get the information of latest outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it is a cloud solution we don't have to take care of infrastructure and frequent update of application.

The system overall has the best options to work with - be it call id, history, the data it shares as per business requirements. Easy communication.

None as of now as I have been only using the RingCentral for past 6 months

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support. Our support managers are very responsive and the software is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is a bit cluttered. I would like it to be a bit more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility it provides as a call center solution. You could have multiple ways to take calls.

Great Usability, for all Flavors of Users

What do you like best about the product?
Push to talk, RC Video (Meetings), and my phone are all consolidated. Not mushed together (as one might assume), but consolidated in a way that allows all 3 services to be used efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's ability to capture some analytics that Contact Center would capture in it's reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the PMO side of my day. I can manage my tasks, my calendar, my chats, my phone, my channels, all in one app. Teams may do the same thing, but RC has the better UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Versitil and convinience, I could make phone call on any device that I have access and log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a big application to be downloaded and it takes some time in many cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicatons has been easier, since we have the desktop application, no need for a deskphone in many cases.
