RingEX is a Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Ringex is a new RingCentral solution that simplifies business communication, chat, and collaboration. It's like having a smartphone system for the entire firm. Ringex allows you to conduct calls, hold video meetings, and send messages all in one spot. It's excellent because it allows everyone to stay connected, no matter where they are. Furthermore, it is really simple to use and ensures that everything is secure. If you wish to improve your team's communication and collaboration, Ringex could be the solution!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ringex makes it easy for teams to communicate and collaborate. It eliminates the need for many communication apps by consolidating them into a single location. This allows you to call, chat, and have meetings without switching between apps. It allows you to save time and work more effectively with your team.
Great product - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The configuration and layout of the Admin Portal and Desktop App is extremely Intuitive. Hardly any training was required for the staff at all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is great! Customer Support was amazing, and it is super easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegation of Call Routing. This product is easy enough to use that our supervisors can make the needed changes to their teams, instead of requiring an IT request and complicated configurations to avoid breaking other features.

Simple to use interface and cloud based.

We have not found anything that we dislike.

Communication simplified
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about RingEX has been how it's streamlined communication in my organization. We've been able to utilize many of the features RingEX offers to simplify our workflow in day-to-day operations and make the lives of our employees easier than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some elements of the RingEX interface could use some polish, especially on the administrator side. Overall, though, I've been able to navigate through the various UIs and accomplish any task I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has provided a platform for our employees to communicate not just with each other but also with our clients. It's been an easy "set it and forget it" experience thus far!

The ability to have all locations on one platfrom

Some of the provising needs help, and the ability to have it wherever we are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in healthcare we need the ability to have phone work 99.99% of the time . As well as we are currently finding old systems that are needing to be replaced

What do you like best about the product?
Very thrilled with the new porting process. I would really like to see a better overall process for SMS TCR registration as it takes a long time and uploading cvs files fails often.

Lack of features for internal DM's, would like some automation and workflows for integration with external services. A Power Automate connector would be amazing.

Usermanagement simplified, SMS templates solves my need for customizing per user

What do you like best about the product?
Easy platform to work with, in particular, IVR setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a little limited and sometimes getting a resolution when calling customer service can be a challenge.

Seemless IVR that is easy to configure and allows multiple customized options
Simple, Scalable, UC Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX allows for complex call flows to be configured in a very simple and efficient manner. The RingCentral platform allows for a single pane-of-glass administrative and analytical view of the phone system, making working in the platform a breeze. Building new sites, new call flows, and provisioning new devices can be done quickly, allowing any administator to be agile. Our Customer success team has been excellent. RIngCentral has been a great partner to our organization and values our opinions and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
With RIngEX being the UC side of RIngCentral's suite of platforms, it does miss out on certain advanced features that would be found in most full-fledged contact center platforms. However, RingCentral does take into account their customer feedback and consistently rolls out new releases with these feature requests in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting new locations from existing non RC VoIP platforms or other on-prem platforms is made simple with RingCentral's port-in process. Device procurement is also simplified as RingCentral will allow most pre-existing devices (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, etc..) to be provisioned on their platform.

The solution is always available..

What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral messaging doesn't integrate with other messaging platforms. I can't exchange messsges with a Microsoft Teams users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced dependency on email.
RingCentral for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using RingEx for several years. It has been our company's go-to for a complete phone system. We use it for team communication, video calls, customer communication, faxing, and more. It's also cost-effective. Plus with their mobile, desktop, and tablet apps, we're able to use it at the office or when working remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything we dislike about RingEx. Even when we've encountered issues, we receive fast assistance from their support team.

RingEx allows us to communicate with both clients and employees in one central platform. It also has many features that eliminates the need to download or use external software for video calls, faxing, or sending SMS.
