Great Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support was really great at troubling shooting my issue and there response time was under 2 hour as apposed to next day. The ease of use of the app on my computer or phone is pretty fluid and a huge plus as well as the call recording todictation to voicemail feature.
My company uses the basic features so I can't realy comment about other features as we work with a complex member contacts system that goes through ringcentral dialing calls out.

What do you dislike about the product?
When placing calls from the website (which happens) I am unable to always see the incoming call info especiall;when it's been transferred or rerouted by another number w/in the office, to track the number, if I have to return the call and the number is new and not in our system. Sometime the website system shows incoming calls as outgoing which can be a little confusing. The setting on the website are unavailabe to to change things round. So, stick to using the app as much as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RC MVP is helping this business stay in communication and monitor incoming/ outgoing calls of over 500+ contacts. The call recording feature helps track and troubleshoot calls answered and quickly address any miscommunication(s) that can sometimes occur. RC MVP keeps the business functioning at an optimum level, even on those rare occasion internet provider's service is interupted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Ring Central's chat function and having the ability to pin important messages within groups to help organize content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had several audio and video quality issues.

Ring Central helps the team stay connected and share information in a HIPPA compliant manner.

I have a lot of expericence with ring centreal for past three years. I saw many updates in ringcentral so i have many things to say i like it it vewry corporative based on expreience and software

i feel thing like my shareing call someting lage into in but. After software update its ok now, So now i dont have a problem with it

Ring Central is seamless, easy, and extremely functional
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how many useful functions it has. It has been extremely helpful between our two locations to not only centralize external calls, but interoffice communications as well. The fact that our communication needs in one place is amazing! Having all of our calls, texts, fax, interoffice messaging, and video meetings all in one place tremendously simplifies communications. The set up process was a breeze. Our business had multiple phone and fax lines, from multiple office locations. Integration was effortless and everything was transferred very smoothly without any problems or hiccups. Ring Central is extremely user friendly, but when I have to reach out to customer support they have always been great, and it is always a pleasant experience. It only takes a minute to connect with someone, with just a few words they understand what it is I am asking for, and it takes them no time to instruct me on how to complete the action or task I am inquiring about. We use Ring Central and all of the features daily. It has been such a great tool with great resources. Switching to Ring Central was a great decision for our company and I recoomned it to everyone no matter how large or how small the business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to have a negative experience. It would be nice to have additional IVR options, such as different voices to choose from. I have no doubts that Ring Central will continue to improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has centralized our communications I benefit from the ease of use and allocating calls through the easy to use IVR. Having all of our communication needs on one easy-to-use dashboard has made things so much easier and increased effeciency.
RingCentral Checks All the Boxes
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral checks all the boxes for my business. Excellent, reliable voice services, SMS services, excellent support, and best of all it is all accessible within an extremely intuitive online portal, desktop app, and/or mobile app. The price is competitive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business owner in the IT realm, I think getting other Voip users to sign with RingCentral would be a great opportunity to benefit the people I serve. I signed up to be a reseller, and other than a missed call from an international number at 3 in the morning that I couldn't call back, I've not heard back from anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my previous provider, downtime was becoming a regular occurrence, and I did not have the ability to send or receive text messages. RingCentral has solved both of those pain points for me. And saved me money too!

It's The Greatest Enterprise Product w/ the Worst Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very rich with abundant features and wide support. Implementation is simple and the UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure. The likes make it difficult to think about the dislikes. Customer support is sometimes difficult to work with but I guess that's with any helpdesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is very admin friendly, probably better than all other platforms available through the competition.
Ring Central Has Nice Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use a CRM designed for Executive Recruiting (PC Recruiter), and Ring Central works really well with it. I can push a button on a contact name in PC Recruiter and either call or text the individual, taking notes in real-time during the conversation. I can also send an email and schedule a follow-up meeting right there during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring Central does not have an autodialer feature, which would allow me to make more calls in a shorter period of time. Also, to my knowledge, it doesn't have a pre-recorded voicemail message that I can leave by pressing a button if I get somebody's voicemail.
Setting up SMS messaging with Ring Central was not easy. It took a few weeks, multiple phone calls, and a lot of emails back and forth. I finally have SMS messaging capabilities, but it took over four weeks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It answers the phone, directs callers to my number, and provides a voicemail during non-work hours. In my opinion, it's more professional than having my mobile phone on me 24/7. It's very easy to send a text and I can type on my keyboard rather than talk to text or typing on a mobile phone.
