Easy set up for a new company

What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central is easy to use and contains all of the training needed for you to set up a new system for your employees and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that you may fall between plans to meet your needs. We went over on texts and that was a surprise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have someone dedicated to being a receptionist and our employees sometimes use their private phones. Ring Central allows them to use the system from any platform and keep their information confidential

What do you like best about the product?
It's effortless to get your hand on. The user interface is super friendly, and the service is excellent. The auto attendant feature is fantastic; the extensions make life easier during daily business calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've faced disconnectivity and distortion for a short time in calls. I think they should make it easier to reach customer support. A quick response always makes a customer feel satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was elementary to get started, and you can get used to it in no time. I was having issues with my an-attended calls but with the help of RingCentral, i can take those people on hold with me while a finish one call and go to my 2nd one.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like video conferencing, team messaging, and file sharing are the best part of this ring central digital line. Further it is very friendly use and easy to call international dialing
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support delays a lot i answering furtherI feel it is a little costly as compared to other dialers. CUstomer services needs to be improved to facilate us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and team messaging was always an issue for me. However this really helps me now.

A Handy Digital line for business use

What do you like best about the product?
The User-friendly interface is good to be used by a non-tech person, and you can easily manage your calls and text. The voicemail and hold line function is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The line disrupts sometime, and the cost is not that good. Also, it's very hard to reach customer support. Mostly you're on your own when you run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant benefits to its users are easy accessibility and a very user-friendly interface. It indeed makes my business calling needs easy to fulfill.

What do you like best about the product?
The process to get the RingCentral DigitalLine is very easy and the services are fantastic Your own personalized digital number with the luxury of extensions makes it a good catch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support of RingCentral DigitalLine is not so good. It's very tough to get hold of a relevant support staff and the hold time is too long. You'll be passed to many departments before you reach your required support person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems it solved for me is it's effortless to get. I didn't know anything about the digital lines and VoIP but the registration process educated me and helped me to buy the right plan for my needs.

Probably the fact that some of my faxes i send dont show up anymore after a certain time period

RingCentral is better than ANY other

What do you like best about the product?
The usage. You can literally almost do anything. Their staff is super helpful too. They can make anything you need to happen, happen. No problem! You do get what you pay for!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I would say that I don't like about RingCentral. If I ever have any problems, my account manager or the IT staff is usually quick to resolve issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central MVP has set up so many phones, I can't even count them all. Set up groups so that I can have one log in with mulitple offices. I honestly don't know how I made it is far as I did using VOIP phones and didn't even know what RingCentral was!

Good, Basic Phone System

What do you like best about the product?
The MVP product is easy to train new users with and significantly cheaper than the alternatives. We came from an AVAYA phone system previously, and although there is less configuration available, the cost of training new users is much lower. From a support and user perspective, this system is easier to maintain than the alternatives. When there is an issue, the Support team is usually able to provide timely results.
What do you dislike about the product?
This system lacks many features that one might expect from a sophisticated phone solution. Coming from AVAYA to this system, there were many compromises to be made with formerly standard functionality. Many custom configurations get channeled to the suggestions forum rather than being built out. After two years with the system, we are still mainly at the launch level of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral provides basic phone capabilities to enable professional users to maintain an extension for internal calling. The user population includes those who previously were issued cell phones. Using the RC App on their phone enhances their ability to remain connected.

Smooth and fast application

What do you like best about the product?
I am located offshore and Ringcentral was able to help me communicate with my Client located in the US. Smooth transaction during application and clear lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is the application to enable SMS, took a while for the application to be processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now my concern is the SMS activation for the toll free numbers to be used by my CLient. Ringcentral always gives an update on the status

What do you like best about the product?
I found the product intuitive and very easy to use. I use it to answer calls on my radio/media streaming program, and it works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the option to have a window that shows all calls that are held with names with the ability to add and subtract them to the call selectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to bring in calls into my Wirecast broadcast software and did that successfully.
