Great Product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. for some one with little exp.

It will spoil you to other systems in no time

What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to set up and to deploy. The learning curve is not very difficult either. Easy to manage as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the computer app does not integrate well with the desktop phone.

Easy to work remotely.
Best easy to use and low budget dialer
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about RingCentral DigitalLine is the customer friendly interface. Even a guy like me with a very minimum technical knowledge can find the way arround. The cost is very low for a small business. The instalation is so easy just like a normal software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is not so good. The put you on long hold so if you're a non-tech guy, don't rely on their customer support too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problme RingCentral DigitalLine solved for me is to provide me a user friendly interface so i can install and use the dialer without consulting a technician.

What do you like best about the product?
They always answer my calls for help quickly! I am very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. They have solved my problem every time, with one phone call!

So far, I have no negatives to report about my customer service experience.

I can work remotely and answer work calls through my computer.

The ease in using the application. It's pretty user friendly.

I wish it was a bit more economical. But I'll still use it.

They address issues with running a business remotely. Their services link our staff remotely with ease and handles pricing issues with running multiple 800 numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, anytime customer service was contacted, my issues were resolved right away. It's also very easy to use!! It's something I've used frequently, and like the number of features with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it works great for what we use it for.

Had some issues with new user's being added but texting wasn't working, called and it was fixed with a quick phone call
Excellent suite of telecom tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Ring Central is very flexible allowing us to get new numbers and extensions as we grow. I also like that we can utilize the same number for both phone and faxes and RC handles them appropriately automatically. Ring Central also has excellent customer service and were professional and efficient when I've had to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I feel could be improved is the contacts section. It is difficult to enter a business as a contact as the number will be displayed rather than the business name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central allows us the flexibility we need to expand and add additional extensions and numbers as needed. This is quick and seamless; allowing us to move efficiently.
We have not had any issues with Ring Central. I love it

There are no downsized. This program is perfect.

Great Brand, service is slipping

ease of use for GUI, natural feel for users
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration is clunky, service migration is worst in class for price point. Billing is arcane and non-intuitive.

Better calling platform than our last. Users love it.
