RingCentral is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the mobility of RingCentral. That I can work from home or the office and never miss a call!
The ease of changing our settings depending on what is best for our business is very helpful!
Customer Service at RingCentral is off the charts INCREDIBLE. Every single person who has helped us has been absolutely amazing. Very attentive and very, very prompt at getting are issue resolved.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're still trying to figure out the best use of our central desk phone. That's on me as I haven't researched or reached out for help on best practices for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make and answer a call from anywhere!
Very good product overall
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me keep my business and personal separate. I get a ton of calls and texts on my RingCentral, so when someone calls or texts me, I know right away if this is business or personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have noticed is some bugs with group messages. I have a couple group messages with only 3 people and sometimes my messages only go through to one person or the other way around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having verified numbers when reaching out to potential clients. I have had other services where my number gets marked as spam pretty quickly.
The phone system and equipment has been easy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the call recording and Archiver program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little hard to get to the right person on certain issues, but generally I have been satisfied.

It is helping me stay compliant with Government call recording requirements

What do you like best about the product?
The web service is easy to use, it has been an amazing upgrade form my last VOIP service. The best part is their customer service responds quick and helps out with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The registration process for 10dlc was very difficult but once it was up and running, it works well.

Having a central trackable phone for all of my sales team.

ring central was very helpfull wehn setting up the service, they have followed up several times asking what they can be assitance with.
Best Transition Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central has streamlined so much for our company. The transition experience was the best ever.. a knowledgeable team from start to finish! The system is extremely user-friendly and has valuable features to meet everyday needs from voicemail to virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside was on us for waiting so long to switch to RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost-effective in bringing our needs to one platform for IM internally, voicemail, virtual meetings, and the ability to support webinars.
Easy to use and configure
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is easy for employees to use. The apps are available for windows, mac, android, and iPhone, and they work very seamlessly. I wasn't able to find another platform that can centralize all phone, SMS, and fax needs in one app and connected to one phone number. It is also easy to add new users, provision deskphones, and send faxes using the Ringcentral desktop app's virtual fax printer driver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There lacks option to use multiple caller ID's from deskphone. For example, other systems let me configure an outbound dial prefix which sets the outbound caller ID accordingly. i.e. dial 9+ the phone number for the main company caller ID, and dial 8+ the number for direct line as caller ID. Also would like to have shared voicemail functionality in RingCentral (general voicemail box that can be applied to several users). These options are not yet available in RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing phone, SMS, and fax communications to one platform. Allows easier communications with clients and mobility because of the ability to move calls from deskphone to mobile app to desktop app etc.
It is very user friendly and support is easy to deal with :)

The customer service. 100 percent the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets laggy and have calls disconnected. Says I have bad connection but I have really high speed net.

Our text messaging option. I am able to connect with my customers easily.

I like being able to use it from my computer as well as my mobile phone.

Calls will drop and not come through properly.

I do not have to have extra equipment on my desk since it is used with my computer and mobile phone
Customer services isn't the best. but all in all it does the job

That multiple employees can sign into the same extension if needed for on call purposes
