Ringcentral is the windstream of ip phones, I would rather send smoke signals in a storm.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is okay to use, not the worst i've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is outrageous, took us over 2 months to cancel and steal dealing with monthly bills for a service we do not use in the tens of thousands. Escalating to managers dont work as nobody will ever call you back. Stay far away from this company if you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the call center while using it, rarely downtime in the beginning, more and more with the latest releases.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingCentral is the fact that I no longer use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I experienced fax sounds when calling in, the only way to fix it was to disable my fax service.
2. There was a busy signal, when calling out, even when the recipient was not using the line.
3. The android app will not ring after checking all settings on the phone & in the app, and re-installing the app.
4. C.I.D. does not work, rep says its the receiving carriers issue, but the receiving carrier shows everyone elses C.I.D. just fine.
5. I called tech support, from the ringcentral app, waited 10 min, call disconnected, the app said "bad connection" despite full bars and good throughput/ping on the phone,
I called tech support again, waited another 10 minutes, finally got in touch
6. after about 10 calls to tech support in the 1st 2 days, I decided to cancel. I called the number provided for canceling, I was left on hold for 10 minutes before being dumped at a voicemail box, TWICE, had to use chat.
7. Over and over again, a chat agent connects with me, makes me verify everything, but when I ask to cancel, the agent ends the chat.
THIS LASTED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. ( I have screenshots to prove it) Finally one of the agents set me free from this torture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves no problems, because it does not work properly.

The agent stayed on the line made sure the issue was completely resolved - which took aver an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spoke with 2-3 people before getting the right associate to help.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having users in multiple locations commuinicate via one platform is critical for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring Central is incredibly robust--I often require the assistance of their support staff to add users or complete certain technical tasks in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication from users in multiple countries.

Amazing Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using RingCentral for a few years now and enjoy it. The platform is stable and we can easily access our call logs and records as needed. The system is user friendly enough that it doesn't require us to contact support. Integration was fairly easy as far as these platforms go. We use this platform daily for our business operations and it's allowed us to provide a greater customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing calls are a little frustrating but they're easily ignored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have all of our team under the same umbrella. We can call and text, so my staff no longer has to use their personal cell phones. This cuts down immensely on the team being bothered after hours, and being able to record all incoming and outgoing calls allows us to protect our team if there's ever a discrepancy about what information we provided. Being able to text has also been a godsend, as we are able to communicate with our clients in the most modern methods available. It's such a fantastic platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add an 800 number as a one stop shop. This allowed to enhance the professional presentation for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I had an issue, I opened a ticket and received a response 3 days later. After speaking to the tech, I was advised of the toll free number for tech support. This should be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to not miss potential sales calls.

What do you like best about the product?
This application help us a lot to reach worker's at US while recruiting. And we can also make conference calls within this. When we had an issue the resolution team are very helpful and supportive to clear it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost/budget is high so that our company used to ask us to convey the text in simple way. So, budget is the main concern on this one and as the company norms we're working with this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people, worker's made easy over this application. It is very friendly application in easy connecting with candidates at my work place. It have easy calls, conference calls, text messages as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It tracks my calls in order to validate my working commitment of what is expected of me daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few clients can hear me. I rarely hear it ring or notify. I cannot hardly make or receive calls at home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my calls validating work expectations.

Best user friendly Dialer

What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like the best about it that its very easy to get start with. The user interface and experience is amazing and it provides many features which you expect in high end dialers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a disconnection during call and somethines there's noice distortion. The customer support also need some work on their timeliness response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problme was how to get started. RingCentral solved that by making the process so easy that i was able to get my dialer started in no time. Plus its very user frindly and a normal business guy with no technical experience can easily use it.
