Reliable Easy To Use Phone Service

I can call, fax, text and do video meetings

Customer service can be challenging sometimes reaching the correct person.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a beneficial application, that helps me to communicate with my customers, it always has a good connection and a bunch of tools that can be integrated into other software you are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I'm pretty happy with the service that RingCentral provides. Maybe need to add more "lines" that I can keep on hold? But, I'm pretty sure it can be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we have to have an opportunity to get in touch with our customers very fast. RingCentral provides this service and it's really great. We are happy, Customers are Happy.
Great Product that does perform to its expectation

Ring Central is helpful when it comes to using the Im feature within the office colleuges
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring Central Tech Support can sometimes be a little hard to deal with due to the instance that you are calling about sometimes the level l tech can't anwer right away so then it can take awhile to get to the correct person to help fix the on going issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seems like when you call into Partner Support that the level of techs that a person reaches is getting better in solving the issue more in a timly manner to the point of which that the customer is satisfied
After 15 minutes of waiting on chat again... it was just too much...
What do you like best about the product?
The initial salesperson that signed me up was very nice. Everyone was super quick to call me back and super helpful when I was starting out...

They do not service you as a customer.
* The setup is clunky
* The admin panel is difficult to use
* You can't get someone to help you if you have any kind of question
Chat takes 20 minutes to pick up and then they ask you another question and that takes them 10 minutes to answer....
and then you repeat the process over and over.
So the slightest little problem takes a minimum of an hour to resolve.
My last challenge was a small one but it took a period of 3 days and about 5 hours and still no resolution - I eventually figured it out myself.
The final straw was when I had a very small question on using the admin panel.
After 15 minutes of waiting on chat again... it was just too much. I have a business to run, this service was sucking away my most precious resource - TIME.
I had to cancel. If your phone service is not working and you can't get anybody at the company to help you, you really don't have a phone service. Do you?
Then to add insult to injury, they connected me up with the cancellation department.
And the person and cancellations... Was not nice.
They tried to tell me that they had a contract and I couldn't cancel.
It was an unbelievably unpleasant experience.
I cannot recall another supplier in recent memory who is treated me with so much disdain after having giving me such horrible service.
I would advise you to steer clear as far as you can away from this company.

RingCentral DigitalLine is a user friendly Dialer
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is its user interface. The overall user experience is very smooth and easy to navigate through. The services like international calling and auto attendant makes it even more sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the customer support of RingCentral. They're very slow and takes a lot of your time for small issues. Also, The voice quality can be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problme i was facing was to find an easy to use dialer which got solved when i started using the RingCentral DigitalLine. The User experience is awsome and it only takes a few hours to master it.
A good dialer service for international line
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the RingCentral DigitalLine is that its designed in a very flexible manner that even a non-IT guy can easily use it. The interface is amazing and the features it provides are terific. From Audio/Video calls to texting, it provides you a seemless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There're a few downsides also due to which i had to swiitch to a different service. The audio service face distortion sometimes and their customer support is ridiculously slow and unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature of this digital line is the automation it provides to its customers. From suto attendant to the hold and voicemail system, its very easy to manage your calls without missing even a single one.
Amazing service for beginers
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that the service is very pocket friendly as compared to the competitors. Its so easy to begin with and the user interface is supper fridnly even a normal computer user can easily understand and navigate through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of it that many times i get disturbance and distortion during audio calls. This needs to be fixed by the team as this is the only reason i can notice which results the customers to switch to a different service.

The bigest problme i faced was all other services were costing me too much and they were so complexed to start with. RingCentral gave me the ease to go digital with a very low cost and a very user friendly interface.
A good service for non-technical business persons
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the RingCentral DigitalLine is that its very easy to begin with and use. The interface is easy to understand and the onboarding process is also pretty basic. All services like calling, messaging and filesharing are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a noice and distortion problme during calls. And usually i get a lot of random calls from wrong numbers asking for another business which is totally irrelevant.

The bigest hurdel for me was to start using a digital line service. RingCentral made it so easy to start and use due to its easy on-boarding process and user friendly interface.
Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ring central digital line is very smooth. It doesn't have much issues. No disconnection during the calls. Very good customer service is provided by the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ring central digital line portal is not updated very recently. The layout looks like very old. New features must be added into this. I want new design of the portals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I donot need hard phone to talk too. No additional power is required as desk phones. No space is required on the table. I do not have to dial manually. Business performance has been increased by this.
