Easy to use phone system with great features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to text clients! I love that feature, our Care Givers dont alwys check their emails, sobeing able to send a text, I am sure to get a response.
Customer Support has alwys been very helpful!
AND being able to send a fax is another great feature!
The mobile version is easy uo use and easy to transfer calls to others as well

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not anything that I can say that I dont like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WEe all work remmote and being able to stray connected with RingCentral has mad our work life a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
We use RingCentral as our company lines. Employees are able to see a call come through on their computer as well as it rings simultanious on their cell phones. Employees can easily answer on one device and switch to the other mid phone call. The ease of RingCentral is unmatchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost unfortunately. We wish it was cheaper. It's hard for a start up company to afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to blast our personal phone numbers to our customers. We are able to have a business line without the hard wiring.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete flexibility with respect to telephonic communication. Plus, the auto-announcement has led to a virtual cessation of unsolicited sales and robocalls.
Being late-comers to VoIP, we needed some hand-holding from Customer Support -- always obliging and thorough. This allowed us to get up and running very quickly.
The Ring Central cell phone app affords us complete access to our phone system from just about anywhere, and transcription of voicemail messages has proven to be extremely useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't exactly characterize this as a dislike. Ring Central is so feature-rich, I have a feeling we are probably missing out on something that might prove helpful, if we knew what it was. Unfortunately, the press of business and the lack of time has prevented us from digging in further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive telephone communication are far better using Ring Central than with any previous provider.
Product seems to be good, but setup was below expectations.
What do you like best about the product?
That it is a VOIP/internet phone, and we can have handsets on each of our desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we signed the contract, it was difficult to get everything set up. I couldn't get the salesperson to finish the setup like she said she would do. Only concerned up until the contract signed. She finally stopped responding, and I had to call in to get any service.

We can each have our own voicemail and stop having calls on our personal cell phones.
Much better than Verizon One!

I love how versatile RingCentral has been. We have been able to condense three different platforms into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest thing would be adding contacts for the company and it only adds them as a personal contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track everything and make sure people are actually doing what they are supposed to when working and ensuring it is done ethically and by our standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the text, and efax functionality.

time to figure out compliance for new features I do not need.

It has improved client and tutor communication.
Digital Number for your Business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and if i talk about setup is vey confortable business or toll free number are included and operates seamlessly across desktop, Phone, Tablet numerous integrations are available. if i talk about options. Hold option. Extention option any many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I am facing a issue that is green call button automaticlly turens into blind and whenever i try to call they said (we are facing some kind of issue try later). i face Two to three times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You dont have to spend to much time of your configuration setup is very easy to use.
Reliable, user-friendly phone system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to roll phones to different users, voice to text option, texting option, voicemail notificaiton, ability to use app from personal cell phone for business calls, decent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing versions with little knowledge of how to use the new platform. It sometimes requires a little digging to find what I am looking for. Lots of uses that I am not familiar with. Little/no training. Most knowledge has been trial by fire.

No current issues.
RingCentral - Great Cloud Based Communications System
What do you like best about the product?
We had issues with functionality in our last cloud communications system. RingCentral has provided solutions to these issues and is a solid communications sytem.

We have not found any negative issues to date.

RingCentral is a solid cloud based communications system and has solved issues we previously had with another lcoud provider.
Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central can be anything you want it to be. However they tend to change their menu's quite a bit and there is always a learning curve when that happens. RIng Central's tech department is great with explaining how everything works. They are very patient and are very eager to make sure you are completely satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get through to a person, you must go through too many automated questions and they try to get you to use their automated system which is a total waste of time.
