Exceptional Customer Service & Robust Phone Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer service and their online portal. I also appreciate the feature of having both a desktop phone and the cell phone app ring at once. The ease to control the hours of operation and each phone is really valuable. This is important for us because we have busy days, and having employees work remotely with full phone access gives us peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes billing might fluctuate year by year but when I reach out we come to a resolution. Sometimes when people need to email me for an unresolved issue, it takes a while. But it's not often items are unresolved after the initial call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX simplifies our complicated phone setup with multiple layers. It connects desktop and mobile phones simultaneously, allows control over hours and phone settings, enabling remote work with full access, providing peace of mind.
Robust Support with Some Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate RingEX for solving problems like easy new hire set-ups and providing access through mobile, desktop, and hard phones. I love the text message for voicemail platform. Lately, I've also appreciated the learning links and personal live support because they offer real answers for real problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very little knowledge on the back-end setup such as trees setup. Person who initiated the setup is no longer here, but I did hear her say it was challenging to set-up and port phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how RingEX provides easy new hire set-ups and access across mobile, desktop, and hard phone. The text message for voice messaging platform is great too.

I find RingEX easy to use, which makes tasks like setting up call forwarding and voicemail greetings straightforward. The customer service is good and was particularly helpful when we needed to combine more than one office into the system.

Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Admin portal is well designed, online support is more complete and accurate than most, phone support is excellent. Our users seem to be able to use the mobile app with little or no assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone like me with little or no experience in telephony it can be quite confusing. Terminology in unfamiliar.

Communication between our 40 franchises and between them and their various customers.

What I like best about RingEX is how it brings everything I need for communication into one unified platform. Instead of juggling separate tools for calls, messaging, and meetings, I can do it all in one place, which saves time and keeps my work more organized.
The call quality and reliability are strong, and features like call routing and voicemail‑to‑email make managing conversations much smoother. I also really appreciate how the system stays in sync across desktop and mobile, so I can stay connected whether I’m at my desk or on the go. Overall, RingEX has made my communication more efficient and less fragmented, helping me focus on what matters most.

While RingEX has been very helpful overall, there are a few things that have been less than ideal for me. First, the interface can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming at first — especially with so many features packed in — and it took me a while to get comfortable navigating everything.
I’ve also noticed that the mobile app, though functional, doesn’t always feel as smooth or responsive as the desktop version, which can be frustrating when I’m trying to work on the go. Some advanced features I’d like to use more often require a bit of setup or technical knowledge, and I’ve had to spend extra time figuring those out.
Lastly, there have been occasions where support response times were slower than I expected, so getting help wasn’t always as quick as I hoped. Overall, these issues haven’t outweighed the benefits, but they’re areas where I think RingEX could improve.”

Setting up new groups or adding new users. I do not have to do this often, but I always struggle setting up.

Messaging with other employees and this is HIPAA Compliant. Having the online fax is helpful to work in the office or if we are working remotely.
