Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and fast, the tool is quite impressive in connecting or merging calls simultaneously and it's good that recording is available also during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much really other than that we can't see the name of the caller cause probably it needs to be saved first just like a phonebook when saving numbers from a phone, but other than that I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers who needs help to be connected with a legal club so it's quite easier to use and also merging a call while staying in the line and recording the call as well so it is indeed very useful.

typing my number when i go to a video call. it sometimes doesnt register the number even though i did exactly the way the number is

the ability to call clients at a whim because I am in the customer service industry
Multi-platform Communicator
What do you like best about the product?
One of the more helpful things about RingCentral is that it can be utilized on multiple platforms. I use RingCentral for work and have the app on my phone and work laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not good at identifying spam calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, and RingCentral lets me access a business phone without being in a physical office space. I enjoy having it as an app on my laptop instead of a phone.
Very user friendly, you can also have it as an app on your phone.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that it is very easy to use. I appreciate that it is compatible with my laptop and phone. That the app is free. It compares well but it is not well know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across an issue. I believe it is working well and I have not experienced any problems at all. It is very similar to its competitors and can easily be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use RingCentral Video t for communication purposes at work. We are able to hold and complete meetings with one another and invites others as well.
RingCentral Video does not live to it's name
What do you like best about the product?
We were excited to try a new video/phone system (coming out of Skype and JoinMe). The salespeople are relentless and promise excellent, cookie-cutter deals if you meet their minimum number of users. We were looking for a software solution rich with features such as Video, text, fax, video invitation and meeting creation. They offered applications for both Windows and Mac in addition to phone apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral has one of the longest customer services waits we have experienced. The few times we had to call them to get our billing issue resolved, they transferred us to multiple departments, and each time, they would prompt us with security questions. After two hours of wait time and transfers, we finally talked to the correct person in billing. We decided not to use their equipment, so we returned it, but they were unwilling to provide us with a return label. We had to pay for our own, and they required the package to be insured. We attempted to cancel their service after using it for two weeks, but they refused since RingCentral had reported a signed contract of 24 months, even though we had only agreed to a trial run. RingCentral rarely works out in the suburbs or on the road, so if you are a traveling executive, you will be dropped from meetings every couple of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a software solution with all the features: video, texting, conferencing, meeting scheduler, etc. We need it to work on all platforms: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, tablets, browsers, etc.
Solid Phone System
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface allows for ease of access for chatting, screen sharing and video conferences. Fantastic customer service along with helpful tools provided. Analytics provided for data on call interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there's a slight delay on voice calls. Some may find the app to be a little clustered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between different departments, especially for those who are working remotely. Anytime we need assistance with using the app, or in the case of errors, the customer service team and consultation is extremely helpful.
Easy to use, but room for improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to receive invitations and join video calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were issues with joining the call using Bluetooth. Because of that, I called in using my cell phone. It took several steps to join the call and could be streamlined like with other products, such as Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using RingCentral takes away the need for other competing programs.
Ring Central Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is straightforward to use and have people without Ring central join.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service can be very very slow to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are quickly able to have instant meetings within our company whenever needed. :)
Better than Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It's clarity and when you share your screen you can see everything very well, speech and talking is well received on every end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my guests have trouble logging in

I think the connectivity issues and it's benefiting me because I get more deliverability
Best Video call application ever
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very clean and easy to figure out.

The phone application can be smoother and efficient.
