Great for any Business!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about RingCentral MVP is the extra workload it relieves myself and my staff of. It keeps track of each call that we make, and it cuts down the amount of time we spend tallying calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about RingCentral MVP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't experienced any problems with RingCentral MVP. The benefits that I have realized are automation and ease of use. My staff activity has increased since they are able to make more calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, super helpful, everything went smoothly when setting up the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was having trouble being automatically logged out of the app when using it on my phone but it seems to be working better now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have calls transfer to specific technicians from our main line.

I have lost internet connection a couple of times which has been interrupted by phone service.

The primary issue was transitioning out of an outdated system to one that is accessible remotely.

Easy Transition and Solid Performance

What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation went very well and as close to seamless as you could expect when moving a business from one system to another. We found the project management team at RingCentral to add a lot of help and ensured that we didn't miss a beat with our migration. There were a couple of things with porting that were not within their direct control that they owned and made sure were resolved. Since the migration, we have gone from daily phone issues with our previous provider to our communications system just doing what it is supposed to do and works. Whenever we have an issue or question, we've found the support through their customer support team to be exceptional with getting things answered and timely follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to think hard about what we dislike, as we've had a very positive experience to-date. The one thing that comes to mind is their "chatbot" aRChie still feels like it is very much a work in progress. I'm sure it will continue to improve, but presently, speaking with one of their support personnel is much desired over trying to work through the chatbot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RingCentral for all of our UCaaS. In our prior environment, due to product limitations, we had to have multiple vendors which inevitably led to user education and technological compatibility issues. RingCentral has contributed to simplifying our infrastructure and giving us the ability to work with one provider rather than many.

Well featured cloud PABX system..

What do you like best about the product?
We'd come from a proprietary on-premise based PABX, which worked fine for us for many years. It was a bit of an unknown going to a cloud-based PABX, particularly in relation to setting up established call flows in our branches. RingCentral's team worked with us to set these up as well as manage controlled cutovers of our existing numbers to their systems. We find that we can be much more responsive to required changes for our telephony, which makes our users and the company quite happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, we have no particular issues with RingCentral. We get the occasional grumble from users where the desktop app will perform an upgrade and display differently or introduce an issue that wasn't there before, but these are usually quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue that RingCentral solves for us is being able to adjust our telephony needs on the fly with a minimum of fuss. Previously, for example, if we needed to put in diversions for call routing because there was an issue with a branch office, it could take several hours to implement this. With RingCentral, we can do this almost immediately. Very important if you need to keep sales calls coming in.

What do you like best about the product?
Text messages that can be sent to customers immediately. The video presentations for setting up meetings with potential clients are beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The robocalls I sometimes receive through the phone system are pretty annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When complaints come, I receive the calls directly to resolve customer issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the key strengths of RingCentral MVP is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for employees to navigate and utilize its various features. Whether it's initiating video meetings, sending instant messages, or managing voicemail, the platform offers a streamlined experience that enhances productivity and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The international calling prices plans are not very competitive when comparing to other offerings beyond Whatsapp etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The video conferencing feature of RingCentral MVP is particularly impressive. It supports high-definition video and audio quality, allowing for clear and seamless communication between participants. The platform also includes useful features like screen sharing and recording, making it ideal for both team meetings and client presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
The features in here are fantastic! Messaging, video, and phone, including SMS. You can easily navigate to find what you need, see all of your messages in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change, is the ability to monitor callers participation in a visual aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easliy see what all of the people on my team, and the entire company are doing on the phone, monitor, record, and download calls.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and easy to set up. I don't have to call support whenever I want a change made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a quicker response time on chat support. However, it is not something we use often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral gives me, as the administrator, all the tools at my fingertips. I can usually solve any problem that arises on my own without calling support.
