Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, its a great service that's very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that i need to contact support to upgrade an account or remove a License i no longer need

its easy to run a contact center with ringcentral
We really don't know how to use these phones or the app

There isn't much that we like about the phones.

We have had little to no training. Most employees don't know how to use the phone and it's options, let alone how to navigate on the App
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few phones that don't work- the phone only rings on the PC itself. I can't get anyone to answer me on what the problem is because every time I call support, I enter the phone number and never get a call back.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral has a lot of beautiful qualities that cannot be dismissed. The text feature is great for reaching out to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call rotation will malfunction without changing the settings. Calls will randomly fly away while trying to answer them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a program that would allow us to send/receive calls and reach out to other members to pass calls accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a mid-sized company and I like how easy it is to set up new users and manage all aspects of the phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, this system satisfies all of our needs to nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple users from coast to coast and overseas is very easy. Having clear and reliable communication is a must in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to install, we acquired the license for all our terminals and obtained a considerable discount, the deployment was carried out quickly and to date most of the terminals have the software installed and working, many of our collaborators have felt grateful and have praised the ease of use and the expansion of space available at their workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have the functionality to record calls and that the platform will be integrated with our servers in order to be able to quickly store all incoming and outgoing calls, the software has a somewhat complex structure which makes integration with other platforms difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is our corporate platform for digital communication through remote IP connection, this type of connection is much more efficient and less expensive than the analog communication that is used regularly, for a long time that the company opted for a change in environmental policy in the Since the reduction in the consumption of plastic materials was one of those policies, with the help of RingCentral it has been possible to reduce expenses in the acquisition and maintenance of networks, which has been a step in the correct decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily accessible it is to use anywhere and with any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it gave you the option to record a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to join meeting with other health facilities.

Having the ability to record a meeting would be a helpful tool.
Good and easy to use for those who need a great phone system!
What do you like best about the product?
It records every call that I make to my clients, which makes it easier to keep track of their files. I like that I can also text my clients if I'm unable to reach them via phone call. I am also able to integrate using my phone with RingCentral or my laptop for areas I may need to switch. It's easy to transfer any calls to my co-workers if someone calls us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that when sometimes I make outgoing calls, clients can't hear me, or there is a delay in speaking. This makes it hard for me because I will speak over clients when we are on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By recording all calls, I can refer back to a call if I might've missed something. Other benefits include that I'm able to text my clients, or they can send me photos of things that I might need, which makes it easier for them sometimes rather than emailing me. I can also fax many documents with just one click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have excellent internet service before signing up with RingCentral, or your calls will not go through.

It doesn't seem to be as well developed as its competitor, zoom.

Review for RingCentral Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use video-conferencing application. It can be used from mobile as an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is weird. You need some minutes to understand it. Everything is plain like the board. Some standard features should be highlighted/bold on the interface so one can identify them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the RC Meetings for vendor calls. Most of our vendors use this product.
Great addition when you already have an account
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule meetings, and menu options to share screens are easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features that RC meetings are still missing compared to its competitors. Among them is being able to assign a co-host at the time of scheduling for future meetings. I'm not too fond of that you MUST log in during the session to appoint a co-host. Other apps allow you to nominate the co-host in case you are not able to jump into the meeting on time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has now become the 'norm' to schedule video meetings with our customers and even vendors. In a time when travel has become restricted to some extent, video meetings are the best option to be able to show products without leaving the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
RC Meetings is a feature that comes with an RC account. If you do not want to add the expense of another video conferencing app, RC Meetings will get the job done; however, it does need some improved features that hopefully will be added in the future.
