RingCentral is great for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface , how it visual looks and how easy it is to start a screen sharing session

I cant think of anything that i do not like about RingCentral

Quick and easy screen sharing to be able to have support sessions with clients etc.

Good use for a work phone without having to actually buy a seperate phone
Constant dropped calls and poor call quality

The interface and apps are well designed. IVR system had many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of the call. We used Ring Central for quite a while and experienced constant dropped calls and poor call quality. In many cases, we had to call customers back via our personal phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office phone system and IVR. The IVR configuration and system are easy to configure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider testing multiple solutions before committing to a plan.

It works well for both small internal/external meetings and large all-hands types of meetings

RingCentral is fine since it's powered by zoom, but working on the sales side, prospects and customers more often than not have problems logging into my meetings.

Ease of use; phone, video calls, messaging
What do you dislike about the product?
While with ring central, I can take calls at my desk, from my PC, or my cell phone, I do sometimes have issues with receiving notifications. Sometimes I don't get notified of a phone call or message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ring central, I can easily communicate with anyone in my organization. I can either use my cell phone, work phone, or the main company number. We can have meeting on it, group messages and even send messages to the whole company at once. This makes communications very easy througout the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into free options as well. Ring central is very good with its cell phone, land line, and computer integrations.

Ability to have large group teams chat!!

Bit of a learning curve but pretty easy to get the hang of

Instead of having to send a company wide email for small things, we can use the single company wide chat on RingCentral

It is a great way to connect easily with my co-workers.

At this point in time, there is nothing I dislike about the program.

Being able to connect with co-workers no matter where we are makes is so much easier to communicate about various things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you haven't used RingCentral Meetings yet, you don't know what you're missing. This program is wonderful and easy to use!
Calls drop often, can't share screen effectively.

There's very little to like about Ringcentral compared to the other video conferencing apps out there these days

It's very unreliable. Many times, prospective customers or investors are not able to join a call/see my screenshare/figure out how to make audio work

We tried to get a good video conferencing solution that would scale with our business so eventually sales reps could use it to make customer calls. We haven't seen the value of ring central
Ring Central Meetings and VOIP
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that we can add a virtual number to RingCentral Phone and use that for Video Calling.
I also like the chat option, syncing to google calendar and call recording :)
It also allows forming teams and enables the creation of separate contact lists for personal and professional use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I open the meeting link from Google Calendar, it always asks me to choose between opening it on the browser or the app. It does not remember my choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in India, and my clients are in the US, and this helps me connect to them on their cell phones as well through the calling feature. I can even bridge Ringcentral with my sales platform Hubspot and SalesForce, which is a huge advantage.
Average video call app
What do you like best about the product?
It works for what it's supposed to - it allows you to call and video chat others who do or don't also have a RingCentral account. If others don't have an account, they can still access meetings through your links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the video quality is grainier than it should be for 2021, though this might be more of an issue with the webcam. Calls lag somewhat frequently, which again could be for reasons outside of RingCentral's control. For instance, every couple of minutes my video feed goes dark for a second.
I hate that you can't preview your video before joining a call with it. I even though I changed the setting to enable a preview, but that obviously wasn't what that setting was for. Considering other video conferencing platforms allow for previewing, I don't see any reason to choose RingCentral over them.

It's easy to work remotely and still have meetings, even company-wide ones.
