Perfect for wifi calling
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central is the perfect way to utilize cellphone functionality using wifi signal at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Ring Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have terrible cell signal in my remote part of the state. Ring Central uses wifi for calling/texting, eliminating that problem.

All in one app, meeting, webinar, calls, chat, file sharing

i have not personally used this but i have done research on this found very useful as teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite useful as it integrates to hubspot crm, in which we have stored our data. I am looking forward to use this app.

I like the way that it integrates video call, audio call and chat.

it's a little bit slow when using the video option

Easy to use platform and has open API and has integration with more than 2000 business software and tools.

Customer support could be better and enhanced. Also price plan could be much better for smaller businesses.

Call quality could be better. Sometimes it's hard to hear the other person.

A great communication solution for your business needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it can be used anywhere and that you can answer your calls on your desk phone, your cell phone and even your laptop. The interoffice instant messaging feature and texting is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with call handling, when I ask it to ring my cell first, it doesn't. When I ask it to ring all my lines at once, it doesnt. It used to, but has stopped doing so.

It is solving our telephone communication issues by providing us with a portable phone solution so that we can be reachable at all hours no matter where we are by our employees and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the app and how easy it was to use. Our admin had no issues with it.

The customer service is terrible. The sales person is supposed to be your rep but they are never to be heard from again. Then the charges keep piling on.

We needed a phone system to communicate with our customers.

It worked when we needed it to, and it would covert voicemails to sound files in an email

If we needed to make a change or tweak something, we would often have to allocated a whole day because tech support was often an ordeal of several hours.

RingCentral is a fantastic cloud phone solution for small and large businesses
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is very easy to set up phone system. Startup businesses can have their business phone created in minutes. It is widely supported across devices and has all the features that a modern VoIP system should have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about RingCentral. Generally, it is working fine behind firewalls but certain ports need to be open if there are very restrictive rules in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use RingCentral as our main phone system at Synchronet. Customers are able to contact helpdesk support and be transferred to the appropriate team or engineer. We also have huddle groups for after-hours support.
Terrible Customer Support, User Interface, & SMS Rates
What do you like best about the product?
I wish I could leave this slot blank because there is not much to talk about that I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their user interface is completely outdated. Additionally, it takes at least 3 transfers to get to the proper support department that will be able to solve your issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was hoping to solve communication problems within my cleaning company. However, in the end, I spent hours figuring out their portal and then being charged extra for SMS.
