Do not purchase, won't honor contract and will be a waste.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, the service is terrible, overpriced, and the company cannot even honor their agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot honor its contracts, cannot do what they say, most calls dropped on the first ring so quality is terrible. Would not recommend buying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call quality as the calls are constantly dropped, porting issues, and they do not wish to honor their agreement so they breached their contract.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone calls are clear, and the phones are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed any issues with our phones since switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace our original phone lines with this service, our phone calls are clearer, and we experience fewer dropped calls and static.

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of calls and IVR / voicemail was definitely one of the most noticeably good things RingCentral has in it's service, although the provider I switched to has similar service quality for significantly cheaper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is frequently missing the mark. I reached out to RingCentral before switching providers as the new provider required a CSR to port lines, and RingCentral never reached out, provided CSR, or tried to offer any sort of deal before canceling our account. Unfortunate for RingCentral as they may have been able to save us from switching if they caught it on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of having an automated secretary with our IVR system. The IVR system is not unique to RingCentral, however, and would like to mention other services provide IVR just as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't like wasting money, pick another cheaper provider as VoIP is a dwindling medium in the business world. Most people I work with prefer chat, video calls, email more than picking up a phone and dialing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ring central is that it is all in one integrated platform in which calls can be dailed...video calls can be scheduled..can set up voicemail for calls which other apps dont provide
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the application however the navigation to certain options such as setting up voice mail and synchronisation of contact list can be made a bit easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a all in one erp solutions that provides solution for calling(business development, customer support)mailing, video conferencing etc rather than using mutiple app

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy it is to organize my work contacts and keep them separate from the personal ones on my phone. The caller id is fantastic and I love that I can use it on my phone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of too much. I wish there was a way to bulk important contacts. That would make my life so much easier but otherwise I'm really happy with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me a lot with work life balance so things stay separate in my life. It is super user friendly and makes me feel like I can get things done without compromising on missing out

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, convenient; everything is in one place, so it makes for a very interactive platform; There are a ton of different options available, which means that it can essentially fit anything you are trying to do on a small or large scale; The ability to type contact names as well as enter their numbers is functional in-case on is more available than the other; Quality of the calls and video seems to be pretty good as well as I haven't had any lagging issues or problems with quality
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of things I dislike. However, there are a couple of things to get used to; When entering the number to call, you usually have to hit enter two times to have it recognized; Additionally, my app and system are run off my computer, and it continually reverts to using the sound from my laptop instead of my headphones as the main setting, so it does get annoying having to change that nearly every morning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an all in one video/phone calling software; Our prior software was old and outdated, and this is much more functional and user friendly; This also has a lot of opportunity for scaling

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral MVP is a secure and easy-to-use video conference platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not as intuitive to use as other similar platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral MVP has been great for facilitating meetings in our remote work environment, amongst our team, and with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the RingCentral environment overall was extremely easy thanks to guided support offered by their implementation team. MVP is super easy to use and deploy. Our users are extremely satisfied with the user experience thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the experience has been smooth overall. We haven't gotten any bad feedback from our call center team. The user experience is easy to get used to, and the MVP tool does what we expect from it. No complaints so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing we're working on is getting users familiar with call transfers. They've been having difficulties getting used to that one feature. Aside from this, I can't say we have anything else that we're solving aside from meeting our clients' needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create a checklist of the features you know you need. Create a list and add all the features the different products you see include, and begin comparing between them. What is a must? What is good to have? Take demos from all of them, and compare the UI, as this is a tool to be used daily. If RingCentral MVP meets your needs and is within your budget, go for it without a second thought.

What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one nature of RingCentral MVP allows me to have one app running to take calls, send internal messages, and host internal/external video conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike. They actively develop improvements and new features for the product, which translates to frequent updates and occasional UI changes that take some getting used to. But it is hard to be upset about a company improving its product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications across the enterprise. We used another solution that pulled an 11th-hour bait and switch on us during license renewal. The decision was made to take a chance on RingCentral, and in a very short amount of time, they had us set up, trained, and using their product before our license had expired with their predecessor.
