Great to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy, helpful, clear connection, and able to understand everything and a great way to be able to still do what you need to do. As for me, I'm doing physical therapy and not having to leave my home. It is very appreciated that they started doing physical therapy from this app. Thank you for being so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't use it while browsing another application, you will be muted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ink of this case: you are in a conf call and you need to search for some information on email app and you need to switch from ring central to outlook. If so, you will be muted. Also, on a phone with quite a lot of memory, ring central is the only app that crashes if you are attempting multitasking and opening another app while ring central is open.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great way for my couseling group. If you loose your connection you can get back in without having to call them to let you back in.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy their app. Very organized, great UI, and not difficult to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the menu items could be rearranged or hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for meetings and calls.
My first choice AFTER the big guys
What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice product with a good application interface on my various devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't feel as clean as the Teams, Meets, and Zooms of the world. I don't like having an extra app and video service on my devices to complicate further
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people across the country!
Could have better UX but gets job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it gets the job done! Based on what I reviewed when doing my original search, RingCentral was one of the companies with brand recognition. It was interesting to see that they've branched into conferencing but were also doing so at a comparable price. We were heavily price-driven with our decision so the team was extremely flexible in that regard.
I also enjoy the controls and flexibility for meetings of over 10 people. We have a global remote team where multiple team syncs and cross-functional meetings will host over 10 participants. The flexibility and controls for a meeting host in these scenarios are pretty useful.
Multiple apps - we don't provision Macs or PCs specifically but allow our employees to pick based on personal preference. Both types of operating system have functional apps and the interface when using a Mac to talk to PC is crisp.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of RingCentral Meetings is the overall user experience. Having used tools in the past like Zoom and Google Hangouts, I was expecting a bit more ease-of-use when it came to features like screen sharing or sharing host permissions. It hasn't been as intuitive in-meeting compared to tools I've used in the past.
Static text - the overall web-layout and management of settings can be a bit confusing. It feels like the part of the site that is meant for managing Meetings was designed in the 90s.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were a global growing company before, during, and after COVID. One thing we needed to sustain our growth was a flexible way for our employees to collaborate without meeting in-person. Even as we continue with a hybrid working model, it's still a great way for our employees to get business done.
Cost and long-term savings. We will have a need for a solution like RingCentral for as long as our business exists. One thing we appreciate is the cost flexibility and peace of mind that as we scale, our best interest is at heart with our account management team.

Popups a lot after a small download everytime i start my machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with students outside workplace to join and guide them.
Good Communication Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ringcentral in one short word is Awesome!
I cannot think of any feature which this platform doesn't provides when it comes to communication platform.
Starting from top notch media quality, file transfer, and audio quality. Its a bundle pack.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little hard to handle and the interface usage is not that good when you use it from the mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are tons of benefits if we see them in-depth. The benefits definitely blow up the mind. The benefits that I noticed are below:
1. Call quality with other RingCentral customers is superb, Skype quality or above.
2. The time to connect to the meeting without too much clicks.
3. Video Quality almost is of professional types.
4. Screen sharing in full mode view

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend everyone to use RingCentral at least once to see the value that it adds to your daily life making a lot of things easier to manage.
Great meeting solution if you need to meet for more than 40 mins
What do you like best about the product?
1. I like the interface which is attributed to close collaboration with partners
2. I think this is a good solution for hosting a meeting with a large number of participant
We use Ring for all-hands and team meetings
3. Since I have a high end hardware in my laptop I am able to use the virtual background feature which is kinda cool

3. Since I have a high end hardware in my laptop I am able to use the virtual background feature which is kinda cool
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I use an extended monitor for working, For some reason, there is no option to have a full-screen view of the participant's video.
2. Another improvement could be around the feature of virtual background. This features works like a charm in high-end laptops but in moderate hardware, this does not work smoothly unless there is a green screen in the background, Which defies my whole purpose for using this feature. If my background was as sorted as a green screen why would i replace it
3. In MS Teams you can organize ur team around a virtual room where it appears as if everybody is sitting in the same place. I would have loved to use this feature in Ring as well

Meeting a large number of participants within the organization
Video conferences
Video meetings
There is very less latency hence it is my preferred medium of communication
There cloud recordings are very handy and portable. I use it for meetings which need to be recorded and hence leverage the Cloud recordings

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There freemium version is also great, If you are not a premium user do check out
Good luck accessing your product!
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing because they won't let me access the product I paid an annual plan upfront for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their account set-up produce requires that they verify with a mobile phone number but acknowledge that you cannot use Sprint/Cricket phones, VOIP phones, etc... Better call your friends on Verizon and have them help you verify. I do. Their software rejects the code their robo-caller provides! Tried two different Verizon phone numbers and after it rejects 2 codes for each number it locks. I call support and sorry...go twist in the wind after a 30 minute wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Ring Central won't let me access my account and support is worthless.
Ring Central Meetings are powered by Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Same interface as Zoom so if you're familiar with that, it's very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super confident in the security behind this given it's Zoom out of China
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting together as a team regularly, connecting remote staff with office staff
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already use Ring Central for your phone system, the meetings integrates a bit better. It still uses Zoom software so it's probably something you're used to anyways.
User friendly and easy way to have a large virtual meeting
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral meetings is easy to navigate. The host shares a meeting link or meeting ID number that the attendees can follow or type in. Once the meeting is accessed, you're prompted to join with video and microphone on or off, and you can set your default preferences. It is an easy way to host a large virtual meeting. Muting your microphone helps reduce background noise while the host or another attendee is speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found creating a meeting to be slightly confusing the first time doing so. I did two test meetings prior to the actual meeting i was hosting to ensure it was working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, our company was unable to attend meetings in person. RingCentral allowed us to continue to participate in our normal meetings from home or from our individual offices. We also were able to utilize them for "home visits" since we were unable to go to our client's homes. This was more personal than a quick phone call. Our clients enjoyed being able to see us and communicate as if we were there.
