ring central app is dope
What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and does everything plus so much more then what our old telephone lines did

the website back end is a little tricky to figure out but thats because it can do so much

The RingCentral team has done a fantastic job of making their software as easy and accessible for non-technical people. You don't need any coding skills to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to zoom or google them when I need their attention. When it's time for me talk, they have call on my cel which isn't right because of signal issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been really liking the SMS features of this app. I'm thinking about using their IVR and VM soon though. They sound like such great tools for business.

The call quality of the support line. It is tough to hear the agents.

Technical support is an issue
What do you like best about the product?
It basically does what I need. Texting works great, visually easy to use.... most of the time the call quality is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tech support system is terrible. In my latest bout, I would call the tech support number, input endless information , wait on hold for long periods. Then in 6 separate instances over a period of 3 days, I would promptly be disconnected after going through a description of the problem. As frustrating as that is, even worse is the fact the NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK after the disconnect !! Even in some cases, after the person asked me for my call back number in the event we got cut off!! Unreal but true. My issues are still unresolved, hence why I am in the process of switching to a new company.

It's a phone service, I'm using it to make phone calls and text

What do you like best about the product?
We have used RingCentral for about a year, and thus far, it has been exceptional. No connectivity issues, simple to use (like a normal phone), and the convenience of taking your "office phone" with you is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have anything that I dislike. It has been almost flawless in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a warehouse so being at my desk is not possible. I have experienced much quicker resolution to solving problems for my sales reps, who can readily get in contact with me via phone and not email.

Ring-central customer support is the best. They will put all their effort into fixing your problem.

Their Ring central desktop app interface I don't like.

I have been in contact with them since i started using their service i am helping Ring Central to improve their service in my region, and i have discovered a quick fix to resolve the connectivity issue for small companies in my region. Ring Central has been very supportive.

It is one of the affordable and user-friendly platform in the market for the businesses and people who have a new startup. i strongly recommend start with one ext. first, get some experience then go for more.
Tons of options, great tech support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a bunch of technical support options if you do not know how something works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how confusing the options are on the admin side. I always have to call support if I want to add a line or figure out how to set a desk phone up. I dislike that you have to have a desk phone in order for the call forwarding options to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved call forwarding issues and was able to quickly get my desk phones for the office setup.

Most times, it is plug-and-play. When it wasn't, I was able to get competent help quickly.

Not easy to self-service, but there is always help.
