Beats Zoom Any Old Day
What do you like best about the product?
Space bar for unmuting makes it so you are only heard when you need to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find the toolbar after going to fullscreen

Regular Stand Up meetings allow us to share screens easily
Ease of Use, Integration with all our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The meeting scheduler is intuitive, links with Outlook and allows us to easily schedule all our needs. The video meetings work just like other products and frankly mirror the functionality of Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the invitation to users outside of RingCentral should be a bit more clear. We have some clients having issues with logging in because of the difference from other platforms, I imagine as more people use Ring Central for video meetings the better it will be.
The phone conference feature is only on the phone application, I wish it was on the desktop version as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With working remotely the entire phone system, video system, etc. being cloud based has made it easy. We no longer need multiple other programs and use only Ring Central. One number, One account, one login any where and any time.

- Allows the remote control of all applications while screens sharing. This is an important feature as it allows admins to deploy the laptops without local admin rights for the users, yet be able to remotely see the UAC prompt via RC Meetings

- The profile pic is not synced between RC and RCMeetings

It is a very good videocalling solution that can be integrated with other Enterprise software.
It also allows us to remotely control all applications (including the ones that need local admin rights).

The calls work and don't drop. I don't run into issues with calls dropping which is nice.

Ringcentral SUCKS. I hate using this system.
Our company was terrible at implementing it - they basically said your old phone system is gone, here's ringcentral.
Our ringcentral training was so bizarre, they went over features that we won't even use and were talking crap about Zoom on the call which is hilarious because they white label Zoom on their platform!
-You cannot search calls or texts by typing in the number, good luck finding a previous conversation in RC!
-We have no integration so none of the calls are logged
-Theres a terrible ringback tone you cannot get rid of so every customer thinks they are calling a call center
-None of the calls are recorded, good luck getting feedback from your team
-No MMS
-You have to click 4 different buttons in the mobile app to go to texts or phone calls

Benefits are few and far between, only benefit is you can call and text.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a full suite service that we utilize. I'm so thankful that we were using this prior to a global pandemic, as we already had this in place to quickly shift to remote internal/external meetings and demos. We also utilize the VoIP feature which is amazing for calling from my computer and our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was anything I dislike it would just be the brand recognition. Right now everything is "ZOOM" and when you tell someone you'll send a RingCentral Meeting, they don't fully understand what you're saying.

We're able to do everything 100% remote. Meetings, presentations, demos, etc. The ability to be virtual is fantastic.

I love that I have access to my "desk line" wherever I am! I can always access voicemails, schedule conference calls and conduct video conferences with ease.

People who haven't used the RingCentral meetings before sometimes have difficulty laughing a meeting. It says its "powered by Zoom" but it seems to require a few more steps for people that are not familiar with it.

If my clients call me on my "desk line" and I'm out of the office, I can answer and they think I'm hard at work at my desk!
