Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is customer care when an issue arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being labeled as "scam likely" by some phone providers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to have a separate phone for my business without having to give out my personal phone number.
Very Happy with Ring Central
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Ring Central for our business for a very long time - of course there have been a few minor hicups but there has always been someone to help us and issues are fixed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike - one minor thing is that recorded calls get deleted and don't save forever

It is easy to use

Remarkable Features and easy to use. Video calls.

I don't particularly appreciate chatting with the Robo chat. I'd rather chat with a live person.

Our business got RingCentral to integrate with another software.

RingCentral is a great phone system. I recommend it.
A Great Calling App
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most easiest user interfaces and makes everything quick to access with clear audio quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, on a slower office computer, it can run a tad behind but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily connect with our customers and get them set up with our technicians. It has increased business and overall positivity on all aspects of work.

This is an easy to use, phone calling, meeting ability program.

I can access articles about any questions I may have or pick up the phone and call for help.

I haven't been able to find anything I dislike.

Ring Central helps my team be mobile and follows us anywhere.

Just give it a try. You will be glad you did. Your clients and employees will like being able to call you and connect easily without delays or voicemails.

Ring central offers a great suite with very reasonable prices, all with responsive tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the off shore tech support struggles keeping up with certain issues I have, though they really do try their best.

MVP has helped my team stay in touch in and out of the office and it offers the best plan for team monitoring

Always make sure you eventually get the direct line of those you know are good at helping you

Ease of use, its a great service that's very easy to use

the fact that i need to contact support to upgrade an account or remove a License i no longer need

We really don't know how to use these phones or the app

There isn't much that we like about the phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had little to no training. Most employees don't know how to use the phone and it's options, let alone how to navigate on the App

We have a few phones that don't work- the phone only rings on the PC itself. I can't get anyone to answer me on what the problem is because every time I call support, I enter the phone number and never get a call back.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral has a lot of beautiful qualities that cannot be dismissed. The text feature is great for reaching out to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call rotation will malfunction without changing the settings. Calls will randomly fly away while trying to answer them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a program that would allow us to send/receive calls and reach out to other members to pass calls accordingly.

We are a mid-sized company and I like how easy it is to set up new users and manage all aspects of the phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, this system satisfies all of our needs to nothing to dislike.

Managing multiple users from coast to coast and overseas is very easy. Having clear and reliable communication is a must in our industry.
