Effortless Communication Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to mantain all communications in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any outstanding downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate with my team, with my clients and even create reminders for myself. It is a one stop shop of communication for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingEX has an app because it helps so that way I don't have to be at a computer. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints

RingEX helps by being a private messaging service where we can include patient names.
Easy Call Queue Management, But Admin Panel Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Managing call queues is simple to toggle. Adding and managing extensions is straightforward. Call quality is good and we can manage a large volume of calls across a larger business without challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online menus in the admin panel can be challenging to navigate without experience. The knowledge base and youtube videos help, but anything complex requires a call into tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call handling for the company. EG: Routing incoming calls to various extensions and call queues, including management of after-hours forwarding and voicemail.
Reliable and Intuitive Communication Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is its reliability and ease of use. The interface is intuitive, and it provides seamless communication across calling, messaging, and video, which really improves productivity and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I’m on an active call, another incoming call pops up on the screen, which seems to be a bug and becomes distracting.

For customer-facing teams, RingEX enables smoother communication and faster issue resolution. The ability to manage calls and messages from a single interface helps improve service quality and consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
the portal is easy to use and set up new users and call queues. i also like the customer support. When i have a problem, i call customer suport and they walk me through my problem. It might take some time, but they are patient and work through my issue with me and resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i have a problem, i can't easily find an answer within the online questions, i usually have to call customer support. But once i call customer support, they can help me with my problem and resolve my issue.

We have complex system with many users, many phone trees and many call queues.
Budget-Friendly, Challenging Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the upgrade to RingEX was and the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding was long and difficult. The initial setup was difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX to upgrade our old copper phone lines. I like how easy and affordable the upgrade was.
Responsive Support, Streamlined Call Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fast customer service assistance with RingEX whenever I encounter a slight glitch, and I like that the workarounds are quick. It was also easy to set up thanks to the onboarding people in RingCentral.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels cluttered and confusing at times. It can be hard to find certain features or settings quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX guides us on call queues. I like their fast customer service, helping me resolve glitches quickly.
Best VOIP App for Calling and SMS
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience like we can use Androio or iOS app anywhere, and also Reliable call quality
What do you dislike about the product?
main disadange is Cost & “hidden” / additional fees , there are lots of hidden charges.

Ring Ex solve us communication problem such as by bringing calling, SMS and vedios meeting in one platform.
Reliable Communication Tool with Great Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility of RingEX. I use its AI feature for taking notes to document every conversation, which helps in case anything is forgotten or left out. The initial setup was pretty easy, assisted by a tech company, and I've found it straightforward to add new employees onto RingEX during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent was our SMS campaign, but that has now been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX lets me call customers and employees using an outsourced number instead of our admin number, improving communication. The AI notes feature is valuable for documenting conversations to ensure nothing is forgotten or left out.

Ringcentral makes communication simple by calls, messages, and meetings into one easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime Messages is not working and sometime RingEX application usage high CPU.

RingEX brings all our calling, messaging, and meetings into one platform, which reduce our confusion and also saves more time.
