Works anywhere and super simple

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation of applications on mobile devices for our employees working remotely, also how the integration is very good at connecting to our office phones via the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service dips for no reason, either it's our firewall or it's the RingCentral service itself. We are yet to pinpoint. The new app is also rather clunky compared to the old phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheap and reliable replacement for our traditional phone system, with room for expansion on the fly and to enable users to work from home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want easy to setup and reliable service then RingCentral are way ahead of the competition for small-medium business. Their support staff are quick to jump on any issues you face.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to interact with. It makes it easier for me to prospect and remember who I spoke with and the content of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. This product works well for me. One small improvement would be making it easier to switch between the numbers your calling from and able to make this change from the app vs desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily prospect and it helps me call from my computer/headset. This keeps me from having to use my personal cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a great solution. It does exactly what it's intended to do and rarely if ever has technical issues.

Ringless VM and Auto Call Recording

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to take down information when you are on the move. I have clients and prospects calling me with needed information between appointments and I am able to ask them the information that I need and then listen to the call and jot those notes down later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that their is no user friendly mobile app to access the information when not in front of the computer you have to use your phones browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verify what was said and accurately have valid conversations. Able to take down notes and prevents miscommunication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that whatever business you are in you are doing everything compliantly.

What do you like best about the product?
RCM is really easy to use. It has great quality, and it's a great price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really hasn't given me problems- I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with the RingCentral app so I can meet, message, and do calling (also faxing) from one spot. It prevents me from having to have separate apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central has an impressive list of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service was horrible. We dropped calls al the time. Connections were horrible even though our internet speeds were with in their recommended specs. Customer support was difficult to reach and generally unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it as our primary business phone system but have since switched to a different provider.

Everything a small office needs to make a big office impression

What do you like best about the product?
This is the whole package. You have telephone service with hold music, faxing service, conference line, texting and Live Meeting/Webinar all branded with your company logo. Now they have added an app that is for your team so you can stay connected via chat/calendar/documents and more. I advised another client I work with and she started using it as a call center so it really has versatile options and uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I set this up for my first client several years ago so there was a minimal learning curve but it is not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communications. I am utilizing the Meetings for weekly conferences, the phone service to ring to my PC, the VOIP phone and my cell for when I am out of the office. I use the texting feature for both team members and clients (and I send mass texts to all the new recruits to remind them of trainings). Considering I work in PA and I have this set up for one client in Indiana and another client in North Carolina.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really is an all in one solution and it has improved over the years, so much so that I have recommended to colleagues and one just started using for a Call Center.

Great add-on to RingCentral

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple to use and allows our employees to host meetings internally with each other and externally with clients. This has helped our business during COVID-19. RingCentral Meetings has allowed our sales team the option of meeting with their clients online without having to worry about the customer being loss by not wanting to come into the store.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cloud based which is a small bummer. I would like it more if we could boot the client from the cloud without having to worry about everyone having it installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge problem we are solving is how to meet with clients remotely. With RingCentral Meetings we are able to do this with ease and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would only consider RingCentral Meetings if you are already a customer with RingCentral. It would not make sense to use this product with RIngCentral Office.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this service to work because it offers a wonderful experience to people who operate it, the tool is distinguished by being very easy to use and configure, allowing people to establish their meetings with excellent efficiency, its quality of both audio and video is very good which allows people to be very well represented with this service, your connection is quite stable compared to other services, I consider this tool of high professionalism and its availability for computers, Android, iPad, iPhone and Mac makes it an advantage for users to use it from any device comfortably. The software offers multiple functions that are important to run meetings with high fluidity such as chat, whiteboard, recording and screen sharing, in general it is a very correct tool in terms of operation and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acquiring this software with all its features can become a bit too expensive, but personally I think it's worth it because you get a pretty big comfort which generates an excellent experience. Sometimes I've encountered the problem that logging in is a slow process and makes me a little uncomfortable, but in general this can be described as a small glitch, which your developers can work on to implement improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the arrival of RingCentral Meetings in our organization, we have been able to hold meetings with much more peace of mind than in previous years, since its connection is very stable and allows us to work with much comfort, the service is used very often because it is our main pillar for communication with both our internal team and our potential customers. In general, I think that the platform has helped us to evolve very strongly in the area of communications and our entire team is quite satisfied.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my personal opinion RingCentral Meetings is a fantastic tool to use in any organization that has the need to improve their communication system, the tool is high connection capacity and offers multiple functions that are excellent for meetings to be held with high professionalism, its level of stability in each meeting is something you don't see very often in any video conferencing software, in general I highly recommend this service because it is very powerful and the people who acquire it are going to have an excellent experience.

Nice when you know how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
We mostly use RingCentral to communicate with our customers. When one person cannot answer the question or needs some help, it is extremely nice to hop onto the call, listen to the customer directly, and be able to "whisper" and talk to them while they're talking to the customer. This helps the problem or request get solved faster.
Linking RC to our CRM allows us to take specific notes about the call and be able to look back at it in the future. This prevents duplicate calling from different employees and gives us a refresher about the last conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times there are issues with only being able to text or calls not being able to be answered. I can tell there are more features to RingCentral office than just the phone, but it's time-consuming to figure out what they all are and how to activate the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: HUD system
Solving problems with customers and coworkers while working remotely has been extremely nice.
Ring Central also allows you to record the call, which we do with the customer's permission.

Video meetings - it's very nice that we're able to see all participants in the meeting, much nicer than other software where you can only see a few.
