Pretty Good
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign other hosts, and the interface is straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only host one meeting at a time - so you can schedule meetings for others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, RingCentral allows our teams to communicate constantly
Expensive but great all-in-one system for VOIP and web conference
What do you like best about the product?
The entire phone system customizations. Soft phone. IVR. Video conf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is much more than any other should ever pay

it bogs my system down but I am at least able to try to keep meetings all in one spot.
What's the point of RingCentral Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral meetings is relatively easy to use. Being on the zoom platform is helpful for first-time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral meetings is Zoom but can't run off Zoom. If the company is using the zoom platform, why can't they just use zoom? It's frustrating that every new person that joins my meeting has to download additional software on their computer. Especially because the software is nearly identical to Zoom Meetings. I constantly have to explain to people what they're doing and why they have to download a new app on their computer to join my meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Meetings allows me to run online meetings effectively. The platform is great and reliable. I have been able to connect with my customers in a more personal way which has helped my sales grow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, I would avoid using RingCentral Meetings if you can. It's simply a whitelabel of Zoom Meetings which most people already have downloaded on their computers. RingCentral meetings is not a bad product, it is just redundant in the industry. I wish RingCentral would just use the regular Zoom meetings instead of white labeling it.
Not a bad system
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make calls out, you can connect it with your CRM, you can use it on your computer and on your phone
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently they disconnected from Hubspot and this caused a lot of issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems were when Hubspot is not supported the plug in anymore and because of that caused a lot of issues in Hubspot. Sometimes the lines just cut off automatically or the program is not even start
Seamless Meeting/Video/Phone
What do you like best about the product?
While you are on a Meeting/Video Meeting/Phone/Chat, you can seamlessly change between the various channels as well as switch to and from other devices without having to reconnect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as popular as other collaborative tools on the market but far superior in functionality/price for business and personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping connected and able to collaborate with colleagues and friends. With RIngCentral Office, you really can work from anywhere (WFA). The flexibility to transition from your computer to your phone and back provides true flexibility. RingCentral frees us from the tether of the desk for all of the calls/meetings we are all on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The functionality, five9's of uptime, and competitive pricing are worth looking into.
Clunky white label version of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to open. Updates can interfere with joining a meeting on time if you have other meeting platforms you're also using. Is not as seamless to use as something that is more integrated into my existing email program or calendar program.

One of several necessary tools for maintaining communications while teams are working remote and hybrid.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface , how it visual looks and how easy it is to start a screen sharing session

I cant think of anything that i do not like about RingCentral

Quick and easy screen sharing to be able to have support sessions with clients etc.

Good use for a work phone without having to actually buy a seperate phone
Constant dropped calls and poor call quality

The interface and apps are well designed. IVR system had many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of the call. We used Ring Central for quite a while and experienced constant dropped calls and poor call quality. In many cases, we had to call customers back via our personal phones.

Office phone system and IVR. The IVR configuration and system are easy to configure.

Consider testing multiple solutions before committing to a plan.

It works well for both small internal/external meetings and large all-hands types of meetings

RingCentral is fine since it's powered by zoom, but working on the sales side, prospects and customers more often than not have problems logging into my meetings.
