Ring Central is good.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Ring Central connection is clear and easy to interaction between users.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the original e-mail or saved calendar request to sign in. It's not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with other owners across the country. We can meet more often for a shorter amount of time on a specific topic.

You cant have 2 meeting simultaneously.
sometimes it's difficult for users to find out where the window to chat went once they start sharing their screen.
If the Customer doesn't use this tool, they have to install it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All that I can think of, Calling internal and external parties, Having activities logged into salesforce. having immediate communications with internal teams. easy to create setup meetings

Go for it, Support is extremely responsive. Ringcentral meeting app is a definite go for internal teams. increases collaboration, efficiency of internal team
Cost Effective, mobile friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the RingCentral Phone and Meeting is now combined and now available as Glip or RingCentral.
All in one app for everything you need for video calling/conferencing, calls, faxing, accessing contacts, setting up meetings/recordings and direct messaging.
I also like the outlook plug-in that helps us to attach Ring Central meetings while setting up appointments like Skype.
Call Flip and forwarded phones ring Simultaneously or Sequentially is something which I like personally so that you can use more than one device to receive calls or stay connected during urgent project deliveries/deployments.
When some external no calls you, you can see the registered name, caller id automatically which I think is very cool.We can also use more than one caller id when calling someone from RingCentral.
(Admin can restrict the company caller ids, but we can select the one we would like to use in the App.)
We are also using HD Videoconferencing using RingCentral Rooms. RC Rooms allows you to start, join and manage conferences using an iPad controller, camera and speakers.
Annotation options that I use during screen share are larger than any other similar tools including Skype.
Recording feature allow either audio/video or both.
Integration options with JIRA/One Drive/Marketo/Salesforce.

Sometimes the calender from outlook does not show or sync up meetings if they are Recurring ones.
We also tried reaching customer service they were not sure if it was because they recently (less than 2 weeks) migrated RingCentral Phone & Meeting to RingCentral.
RingCentral have issues with the analog faxing.

Add more than 100 users without any significant quality issue with audio or video.
Centralized team meetings, conferences, screen shares, calling, accessing contacts, direct messaging, texting etc.
Schedule meetings from outlook.
Call forwarding and handling from phone/cell phones.
Access your Outlook or Google Calender, also your Team's events.

Very Quick & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful function of Ring Central is that it is very easy to use. Our team utilizes Ring Central from all areas of Michigan. This easy to use function allows for our team to be completely mobile and in the field during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we have not found anything that we do not like. We would like to see the app features, but right now we are only using the computer version of Ring Central. Ring Central is been fully integrated into all of our meetings; we wouldn't have done this if we didn't like their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we were having issues getting all of our managers on a conference call at one time. We had issues with Uber Conference in the past so we were looking to try another free system. Ring Central has allowed us to move away from other inferior products.
Meetings Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It takes 2 seconds to set up a meeting that can be shared with the entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across a downside with using RingCentral Meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use other RingCentral products and they all keep the company communication centralized.
Great Cheap Option
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to figure out. How it helps maintain space in my office (cause we don’t have to fit a huge fax machine in here.) And I like that it has the ability to schedule when a fax should go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was confused at first as to why my fax was sitting in the outbox rather than the sent box after I sent it, but it was just there while the program was working to actually send it to the destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out the occasional rare fax without having to own a mostly unneeded fax machine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you rarely use fax, this is a great option.
Good way to communicate with customers
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central is fairly easy to use and a good way to communicate with customers. I have a remote position and am able to connect with customers clear across the country very effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are poor connections, delays in lines, too quick of transitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Ring Central, I would not be able to get my job completed effectively.
Excellent and modern faxing
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to scan a document into the desktop, then simply log into RingCentral, select Fax, enter the number, a title and then upload my document and send. Way easier than waiting for a fax machine to send it. When receiving a fax, it is emailed to be as an attachment which is way easier than receiving a fax through a n old school fax machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I do not like about RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send and receive faxes from anywhere. Amazing addition!
Great quality and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral Meetings is incredibly user friendly. I was hesitant about making the transition and asking client to download the app versus just clicking a link, but it was super easy and clients really appreciate the great video quality and different features available.
What do you dislike about the product?
the screen freezes, which don't happen often - but once in a great while - but that is more to do with the internet quality versus the program

I love being able to include handouts and other materials to the meetings as well as the recording of sessions for further review

the picture quality is awesome!
It's easy to use and intuitive - I dont have to review my notes evertime i use it!
There are rarely issues with the video or sound cutting out or feezing - I was and am still pretty impressed.
I really love the ability to record and share slides, PDFs, etc. with the participants - I can't wait to use it in different ways - possibly an online support group or something like that. There is even potential just to use for inter-office stuff like staff mtgs, etc. since our company has multiple sites.
