it's hard to find other platforms besides Instagram and youtube.

Horrible - Limited Capabilities + Not Worth the $

The platform houses some decent information, but it does not compare to other competitor platforms that offer more advanced capabilities.

Customer Service was sparse, and the renewal process was very sneaky.

It is very user-friendly, and it has helped us streamline our inventory management process. The customer service has also been providing great training and useful tips.

Nothing very negative to say about the software. It is only in English but it's the case of all Saas I'm using.

Our team has been using this software for several months now and it has been an excellent tool for managing our projects. The software is easy to use and has all the features we need to keep our projects on track. The customer support team has been very helpful whenever we've had questions or issues (shoutout to Paolo and his teammates I had on the chat).

None - We are very happy to be using this software - especially compared to the other ones we tried. It really works well for us.

Great and easy to use software to manager influencers and affiliate marketing
What do you like best about the product?
As an experienced marketer in influencer marketing, I know it can be tedious and time consuming to manager influencer campaigns. With Upfluence, I can streamline my campaign, payments, affiliate links and so much more. It allows me to integrate easily with all my other tools and provides analytics and tracking so I can have clear results. They also on-boarded me into the tool and helped us run our first campaign. I definitely recommend - it is a game-changing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wheb you first start, there are a lot of features and plug ins which can be overwhelming. Fortunately, the team on-boarded us which made it easier to manage and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing a clear ROI when working with influencers is difficult. With Upfluence’s analytics and the ability to do affiliate campaigns, the ROI is easy to track and link to sales, which is crucial for us.
