Upfluence is great for helping me source influencers for my clients! It gives a great selection!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it sources by keywords and specifics. It really helps to break things down and makes searching so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult. We don't always get e-mails from the influencers, and sometimes it gives inacurate information, but other than that it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to source 100 influencers in a much shorter amount of time and I like that everything is in one place so that I can go back to it and answer emails, questions, etc. it's organized which helps me so much!

What do you like best about the product?
The filter system helps the team to match influencers by interests and platforms,which saves a lot of time for multiple areas, mainly when it comes to work in a global campaign for some product / licence launch.
The investment proposed also helps us to understand if we need to go with a big influencer or micro influencers, since the calcuation of engadgement / reach improves.
Also, considering that twitch and tik tok is growing in Brazil, look for those influencers on the same place it's a sweet pot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can have more partners that are already aware of the negotiations by upfluence. The markets have some issues with enter in contact with the "good" influencers to the campaign, and mainly with the differences between the value proposed on the platform vs. the influencer value (that can sometimes be negotiated by a third agency or partner).

Also, I feel a lack of data when it comes to reels, since they're being explore in some parts of the world as advertising media / influencer media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The research for good influencers has been improved a lot in our process.
We're not just looking for engagement/followers, but for which content the influencer can provide in our feed. Also, for global campaigns, we're creating unique influencer research for some launches, which can sometimes be hard when you talk about influencers.

In terms of workflow, it's saving work hours and reducing projects deadlines when it comes to branding campaigns / influencers. Good point on that!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, it's a pretty good and useful platform. It'll help you to save time with the Influencers World, also make your decisions more data driven.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of people that are in the database and the search terms and the metrics because you can really get a feel of what your return will be
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I searched for certain parameters it was certain I would only see those influencers ex: searching USA only I sometimes will get Canada, GB, etc. infuencers. I also wish that all emails were correct because I often get Mail returns since the emails are incorrect. I wish there were more email prompts for example I wish influencers would get an email when they get accepted to the campaign, that is a FAQ I get a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I have to push a campaign Upfluence has helped with finding new and unique creators that I normally wouldn't have found. Benefits are the DIY mentality because working with other platforms they tend to choose influencers that I would never align with the brand.

What do you like best about the product?
To create lists for different scenarios or campaigns to get an overview of the potential reach. Also, the campaign set up and bulk mailing options with merch fields are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics options are limited and sometimes misleading

Sharing influencer selections with my team and having an overview of ongoing collaborations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool, which helps to structure influencer marketing very efficiently. Analytics could be more extensive and also some KPIs are misleading, which means you still need Insights screenshots from influencers for accurate tracking.

Dealing with snobby influencers- but that's part of the game!!

Upfluence has helped me realize the accessibility to influencers around the world. I have been able to learn that I do not want to work with influencers - but if I did, this is the place to find them

Play around with the site and don't be afraid to ask for help. Everyone is really friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to have a CRM system which helps us with driving campaign's, recruit influencers and affiliates, a central communication hub and helps us to analyze our existing customer base to see if they would be brand ambassadors for our client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything as Upfluence is a huge level up from the platform we were using. There are few "Nice to haves" we would love to see happen with some of your integration partners such as Refersion and Klayvio to help with onboarding, campaign management and how the information is shared between platforms. Also It would be great if you allowed Admins to assign roles/levels to users for sharing etc. With the current state in having a single level assigned to all users we are at risk with less experience employees deleting information or changing search parameters etc and there is no notification process of letting us know when someone makes a change to a campaign etc, so the only way to see the change unless the person tells us is reviewing information before we run a search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign Management - The ability to source partners and look at the KPI's associated with each campaign
Recruiting Affiliates and Influencers
IRM/CRM - Central repository for affiliate management and information
Asset Library - The ability to run a query by partner and see the assets generated by brand or campaign for reuse and posting which helps significantly on costs
Customer Sourcing - The ability to source customers and turn them into brand ambassadors

Useless - We got tricked into a 12 month agreement

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing at this point. Unwilling to work with us to find a resolution for a system that does not benefit us.
What do you dislike about the product?
They gave us these 2 options. We chose the Monthly thinking it would be month to month, but turns out hidden in the contract was billed monthly for 12 months. The way it was presented was very sly. Through the confusion, they have yet to release us from the contract for a platform that is not beneficial to us, and has not helped in any way.

Starter Plan + complimentary Monitor Dashboard yearly: $4,995 (this saves you an additional $945 for the year)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not solved any issues, and have not seen any benefits thus far.

Service can be a little slow, but when escalated gets dealt with professionally.
