Great product no matter what size of your organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the the intuitive ease of use from both the student and instructor side of the product. Navigating is easy and there are a lot of features to utilize, along with integrations. Additionally, there is a very strong support community on the "back of house" side of things, along with additional training that is incredibly engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a formal training for instructional designers. The certificate they have seems like it would benefit a teacher building/supporting their course but I'd love to have an option for designers and backend admin. It would be great to be a Brightspace Certified ID as an option in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really see any "problems" but Brightspace is consistently working to make additions and upgrades to stay best in class. They offer a big community to share with a large knowledge bank respository, as well. I benefit because I want to stay current with trends and how to maximize use at our organization.
