Good software, but not without its warts
What do you like best about the product?
The Support team is very responsive and has been able to address all of our issues so far. test case management and arranging test cases into suites and executing runs seems very straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jira integration isn't great. I'd love to be able to see the Jira issue key instead of the story summary (or both, ideally) it's my number one requested feature, and we had to use a custom field for it
another thing that is kind of a pain is provisioning user access. I'm not able to hook it up to sailpoint to have IAM and PAM controls automated. and the okta SSO process could be better. right now users have to click "log in with okta" at the bottom of the page, then request a new account created, then an admin must go into the account, approve the request and provision access. far far to manual for enterprise adoption.
I constantly get questions about the user creation process. it's not intuitive

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test case management, workflow around SDLC, and the hub for test case automation frameworks to store their data. with Spira we are able to show what we tested, ensure coverage, and follow SDLC controls
