What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about this instrument is that it is easily customizable, has an easily navigable client interface and its main modules are Idealization Requirements, Idealization Scoreboard, in addition to offering excellent guidelines on the progress of tasks and projects that allow us to stick to established projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion, we ourselves have not found a failure because it can be integrated with multiple platforms and applications, in addition to the fact that the support service immediately responds to our own questions. And other features that it has, such as a great union with its complementary product of automated tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped us a lot in our work because it helps groups communicate with each other about test cases as they do QA work. The union is wonderful and also can derail the deletion. So this tool is quite useful for ourselves because it has easy to understand visualization abilities and the platform ensures that your personal information will be kept safe.
Good software, but not without its warts
What do you like best about the product?
The Support team is very responsive and has been able to address all of our issues so far. test case management and arranging test cases into suites and executing runs seems very straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jira integration isn't great. I'd love to be able to see the Jira issue key instead of the story summary (or both, ideally) it's my number one requested feature, and we had to use a custom field for it
another thing that is kind of a pain is provisioning user access. I'm not able to hook it up to sailpoint to have IAM and PAM controls automated. and the okta SSO process could be better. right now users have to click "log in with okta" at the bottom of the page, then request a new account created, then an admin must go into the account, approve the request and provision access. far far to manual for enterprise adoption.
I constantly get questions about the user creation process. it's not intuitive
