Organizing testing in 100+1 ways, yet simple enough.
What do you like best about the product?
Test case format, Test set organization and number of supported integrations. There are really more areas in which SpiraTest is helping us.
Thanks to the integrations we were able to integrate with our Automation framework and Bug tracking system without vast changes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not that user friendly and not always it provide exact data which we need. Setting the custom graphs is not that easy and require higher level (than basic) of DB and SQL knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we use Test cases stored in Google Docs. As the number of testcases grow maintenance, performing tests and tracking the testing progress becomes more and more difficult.
Since we are still in process of evaluation after first big test run cycle we still have many questions and many improvements to make.
But biggest benefits we notice so far are: well arranged test case and test set structure, test case maintainability, better testing progress status.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need Test case management system and integrate it to different other apps and automation framework so you do not need to change everything then SpiraTest is the right tool for you.
But be prepared to play with it some time to set all (integrations, reporting, users etc.) properly. (not a disadvantage)
