ARCON : Connectivity application for accessing server
What do you like best about the product?
ARCON is a nice application for accessing remote server. It has OTP based authentication which really helps maintaining security of server.It has decent and simple User Interface, easy to access multiple server at a time,segregate server basis on their type.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to reconnect to server after network failure. Multiple sessions can be accessed with same account simultaneously.
Database server logs is unable to capture long query.

Managing multiple remote server, database as well as Application server among various team.

If you are working in an organization which handles multiple server , ARCON is a must to monitor server and to provide privilege access to user only.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best tool to configure all the remote servers in one application. After login into this application, we can easily access remote servers. To login into this application first we should verify with OTP which we will get on registered mobile number.
once servers are configured in this application, we can access the servers without entering the password. We can easily access multiple sessions for one server. Server session activities will get captured on this application.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes session will get terminated unexpectedly.
Even if password expired we can't access the remote server.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have configured all application servers and DB servers in this application. all our production deployments can be done through this application for audit purpose. Our servers are very secured with this application.

It is best application tool for security purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we can control the access to limited users and at the same time we can even keep the track of activities done in the remote machine.This helps in keeping our servers secure and authorised.User friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It supports only windows operating system.The dashboard screen can be more appealing.It doesn't work as desired in the latest version of chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization we use arcon to access the production servers.Since the client information is very sensitive it helps us in protecting the same.

The product is very good in the aspects of security and functionality.Very much recommended.

Privilege Access management is that helps to secure organisationFrom internal and external threats.Privileged access management system also integrate with multiple applications to make an effective solution.It also monitors the activities which are performed on the servers by the employees of the organisation.It also offers a restriction of activities which can be threat to organisation, such as restriction of commands, restriction of processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after session expire it throws many windows error alerts due to that my system gets hanged other than that everything is good

It gives us a lot of control functions, which we were lacking in our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
As I am working on the project where ARCON is used mainly for deployment purpose. So, ARCON makes this deployment process very simple and easy. Also, when we want logs to check any errors in our services, ARCON is the best tool to get those logs files.
What do you dislike about the product?
For first time, user have to carefully understand the access process of ARCON. Other than this I didn't find any issues with ARCON.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on insurance project where we mainly use ARCON for deployment purpose and also to fetch the logs files from different servers.

This tool make deployment process easy and time saving. It is easily accessible and simple to use and also provide secure file transfer from one server to another.

What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is smooth and easy to understand, can have multiple servers and multiple user of a single server, copy paste enabled in case of windows also file transfer when linux, Unix or Solaris server, no need to enter password for every server post user authentication, user otp authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
problems with copy paste, need to reset password for a user of sever whenever changed and need services re-start.

What do you like best about the product?
It works for server connections in the most authenticate way. You can manage severs , access them from arcon. Initially when you log in it would ask for an otp, then only it will log in. It’s very secure. It works on LAN network

It is very slow. Sometimes when you enter wrong id password it still asks for otp. That’s an error

In the environment where we work server access is given only through arcon.
In addition to it you can check it’s logs of which user has accessed it, in detail the application support team can also provide the time of the access too.

Sometimes otp validation fails and we have to login again.And sometimes it arcon is down then we are unable to access our servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With atcon we can access our all the development,UAT, production servers and track all the processes and also check the logs if any error or issue occurs.

Arcon is very good server management tool in that we can manage our all the servers by initially validating the user. Simultaneously more than one user can access the server in it.
