What do you like best about the product?
It does what it's supposed to do, it will authenticate sign-ins and prevent physical tampering
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up of online and offline can be confusing for end users, also if time desyncs it becomes a HUGE problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of user authentication it does well, we're able to use it to prevent AI fraud
