Brand manager assigned to us is phenominal

What do you like best about the product?
Stephanie Yoon, our brand manager at Yext is extremely responsive and helpful. I have made mistakes several times causing errors and she has always helped me navigate how to fix it. We have repeatedly asked for how to improve our usage while being understaffed and the team has continiously made sugggestions, helped us with proof of concept and shown us what it would look like long term.

I love not having to have to email 4 different people. The dev team at Yext has navigated through several problems due to our legacy systems and complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to quickly see at a glance the status accross multiple platforms. I often have to look at 4+ pages to see what hours are being displayed in out entity, apple, google, closures, etc.

I wish there was a way to be able to see how google geolocates an addres. Our delivery service frequently has problems with how google geolocates an address and part of that seems to be based on where we put the driving direction pin on the entity. When google does not recognize an address because it is brand new construction, the driving directions often end up incorrect because of how google geolocation sets where the store is located for driving directions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping us with googlke posts, review management, and localaized marketing. Those are new things they are helping us utilize. we primarily use it for google and apple listings, along with a locations page used in our app
