Yext is a manageable solution to managing multiple listings.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of editing business information
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we can do more inside of the Yext platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows me to quickly and efficiently update business information. Previously I'd have to update changes in hours on multiple different platforms and always missed a platform.

Great tools and a great partner!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself has been awesome, but we really appreciate the service we've received throughout the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Answers optimizations can get a bit complicated. Some of the steps we have to take are quite manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listings management is incredibly helpful to us due to the number of locations we have and manage often. Our site search has been instrumental to increasing customer education and decreasing call volume.
Yext helped our companies get found on Google!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with the platform. Easy to get verified with Google My Business!
What do you dislike about the product?
They change account managers too frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving the problem of having to get 40+ different branch locations verified through Google My Business and saves me LOTS of time!
Expensive and Not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is an established company so it works directly with major publishers unlike other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is not intuitive and it doesnt seem to be evolving to keep pace with demands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Yext for local listing and review management for our large franchised system. It allows us more control at corporate.
It was a great tool to manage the social listings.

Sync with all social listings and update all of them from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
e Sometime the sync will take more time.

Customer support will be much more faster.

Very wide distribution, duplicate suppression and review notifications. The support people are utstanding.

Some publishers aren't clear about alerts and warnings, requiring me to bother Yext support.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues at this time. Everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the amount of location listings available it is near impossible to update them all. It is nice to know that all of the location listings are accurately displaying our information and will update quickly when needed.

Yext makes it significantly easier for us manage our customers digital presence across the internet
Yext is easy to use and a key tool to keep all of our location listings accurate online.
What do you like best about the product?
Leveraging Yext to manage all of our restaurant locations and hours to ensure they are accurate online. During COVID when hours were constantly shifting, this was a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have multiple locations with varying hours it can be tough to manage all at once. There is a bulk edit option, but it's not as helpful when all do not have the same offerings.

Ensuring business hours are accurate online so when customers search for us, we know they are getting correct information.
