What do you like best about the product?
The company I work for recently moved to Yext for their individual and team websites. When needing to update content, the customer service team was able to identify a problem on their side that was keeping the site from updating. They were very friendly and eager to help solve the problem on the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has had trouble updating their individual and team websites. I found I was not able to update multiple things at once, and instead, needed to wait until one update was approved before moving on to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps my team manage their individual and team websites.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straight forward, i don't have to call for advice, making edits is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were a way to submit automatic changes, like updates in the profile "been here for 10 years" changes to 11 years automatically on anniversay date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides our clients and prospects a professional view with background and contact information

if you call yext, they usually pick up right away with real person who are ready to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
you cannot change the order of people's profile, but have to delete profiles and add it by the order you want.

What do you like best about the product?
With over 1,200 locations with a lot of metadata to manage, Yext has been a great choice for our online listings. We use their API extensively to push and pull information to keep the individual listings up to date. The ease and ability to add custom fields as well as granular control over user roles makes work a breeze. Also the bulk update features are easy to use and integrate well with our workflow. We use Yext every day as a core part of our toolchain.
What do you dislike about the product?
For testing, we have to use different emails on our test accounts which makes maintaining logins a bit of a hassle. Also if a person leaves, we have to update two accounts instead of one. Adding new users to these accounts is not straight forward and requires the user to already have a Yext account which was also a bit frustrating before we figured that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext makes it east to manage our multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
It was client friendly, and when I did have an issue, I received prompt responses WITH a solution. Well organized and straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say as of now, I do not have a dislike.

Yext is assisting all Merrill Lynch Financial advisor teams with their client facing websites. It benefited my team because it worked out well for us and how our website looks appealing to our clients and prospects.

How Yext Helps:
Yext centralizes control of this information, allowing updates from a single dashboard to sync in real time.

Benefit to Me:
This saves time, reduces human error, and ensures potential clients always get accurate information—especially important if we change operating hours, add new services, or run a limited-time promotion.

What do you like best about the product?
e appreciated Yext’s user-friendly interface, ease of use, and competitive pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We disliked Yext’s “set it and forget it” nature—once set up, there was little proactive engagement. When trying to find our renewal date, we didn’t know who our current rep was, and it was frustrating and difficult to get in touch with anyone for support.

Being able to edit and control 40+ listings on several listings platforms.
