Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows me to update multiple digital locations at once with a quick response by each of the connected sites
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their customer service is slow to respond. It seems it takes a while to get things done or they’ll push problems off on Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly updating the platform to offer new things
Love Yext
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly the customer google reviews are posted and how I can respond in real time. I also appreciate the unexpected schedule adjustments that can be made swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to make adjustments to the type of services we complete at my care site. Example we no longer offer x-ray, however xray appears as a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us to make swift schedule adjustments and i can respond to all reviews quickly.
Best in class listings and review management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to aggregate hundreds of online listings and reviews into a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The additional cost for Yelp listings - note: this is not a Yext issue but Yelp who charge for their listings management.

Easy aggregration and management of hundreds of local listings and reviews.
Yext is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very user-friendly and easily integrates with our website and google listings. We use it all the time and love having all of our listings in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow and takes a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is able to house all of our provider and location listings which helps us easily manage all of our data. They have a great relationship with Google and are able to help move verifications along faster than if we did it on our own.
Yext has helped us immensely by allowing us to manage over 2000+ websites all in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is always great, whenever we have questions about listings, they are always able to get to the bottom of the issue. We love how easy it is for our 2,000+ employees to update there website straight from the Yext Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Yext can be a little tricky to navigate if you are not familiar with the system. In all we are happy with the service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hadnt had a true listing service before we got Yext. Our Loan officers love that they can be found on all the different sites. Yext also makes our lives easier by making it available for our employees to update there website info on there own.
A good tool for GMB Basics
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that I can schedule GMB posts in advance! It's also nice to see all the reviews for multiple GMB profiles in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sorting reviews by "Response" it automatically sorts the reviews in a non-chronological order and it makes it very difficult to find and respond to the most recent reviews first in the tab you would assume would be ideal to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post across multiple GMB profiles at once and also schedule them in advance.
NOT BAD, COULD BE BETTER
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place. It streamlines the management of our business listings, reviews, and location data across multiple platforms, which saves us a ton of time and ensures consistency. Instead of logging into different accounts or juggling spreadsheets, we can update everything from a single dashboard. It’s especially helpful when managing multiple locations or making frequent updates—everything stays accurate and up to date with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could definitely be more intuitive—it feels a bit clunky and outdated at times. Reporting and metrics are also limited and not very actionable, which makes it hard to track performance or trends in a meaningful way. One major downside is that you can’t flag negative reviews directly from the platform, which defeats part of the purpose of having everything centralized.

Can see all reviews from several main websites we advertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their online Q&A and support. It’s not accurate. I am having trouble publishing 6 first party reviews that are still in quarantine and tried two things:
1. Tried to use their online Q&A to figure out how to change the number of quarantine days for First Party Reviews but the directions are inaccurate as there is no “Settings” section under “Generation”
2. Have not heard back from their customer service department after sending them a direct email under “Contact Us”.

Am able to view all reviews from FB, Google and Yelp

I like that is houses all my approvals in one spot. The ease to approve on thig after the next

Customer Support: Sometime we have mixed experiences with Yext's customer support, citing delays or lack of resolution.
