What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the support team answers really fast. Another thing that I like is all the possibilities you can have with Yext regarding my entitites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact that I need to use really often the support email because there are things that I probably do not know or features that are not available for my profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I am the only person that manages information of more than 1,000 entities across Latin America.
Great tool to manage listings for franchise businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has great analytics reports available to compare our listings' growth over the years. I like being able to build custom reports. It's also easy to schedule listing updates and monitor reviews that come in for all of our locations. We have 80+ offices, so Yext helps us keep our Facebook, Google, and Yelp pages up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to create and manage LinkedIn pages for locations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time by allowing us to update multiple listings and locations. It also helps us stay on top of negative reviews that come in with review monitoring.

Great for texting and linking to your systems!

Nothing so far is great with the schedule and responses!

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and I love that you can scheudle your posts and marketing in advance.

I wish I could upload more than one picture or content at a time for a post.

It makes it easy to save time by scheduling the marketing posts ahead of time.
Amazing customer service of Hearsay Social
What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is super supportive and always ready to help. Whenever we request something he is very responsive and quick. The platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that can be upgraded, e.g. carousel format is not yet available, but in general we are happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay is helping us to monitor the social media posts from a compliance perspective and to distribute our content within the Social Ambassadors
Hearsay has always been helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay has always been helpful. Our account manager and other team members are always timely in their responses and available for communication. The program helps agents integrate social media into their businesses without having to go out of their way to plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been points that I wish Hearsay had a little bit more connection with outside social media platforms to be able to better assist their customers when they run into issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay helps be manage 100s of agents social media accounts across the county while not having to be in person with every person.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so much can be done within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There often glitches, quirks, UX/UI improvements needed, and a lack our ideas and recomendations being implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing a great deal of risk and compliance issues, and the ability to email users directly via the platform is very handy.

The people are extremely helpful and my concerns are taken seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with posts not publishing and at times, I have experienced some glitching. I also don't like the fact that I can't tag or mention as an Admin.

Compliance was a concern for posts but Hearsay has made that process efficient with the Lexicon words
Great Communication, Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The accessability of getting ahold of people. Customer service. Ann-Grace has always been good about reaching out and sceduling meeting. If there is ever an issue that arises I feel confident she would reply back quickly or appoint me or team memebers to the write person. The social media aspect is very user friednly and quick to learn. The intergration of other products/platforms is easy to set up and implement for our advisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, every issues that has arised, have been addressed in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is always changing, so Hearsay makes sure to stay up to date on trends in the industry. There's a mix of evrgreen content as well as timely economic and market topics that have different views points for our users to amplify on their social platforms.
Best customer support and user-friendly platform to support Social Ambassador programs
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support tries to make everything possible and product development is very quick to make all change requests possible. The platform innovates itself on a regular basis. We are very happy with the platform due to its easy-to-use interface and the compliant use for social media.

Limitations on LinkedIn post formats, due to LinkedIn API

Being compliant with our Social Media Ambassador program and increasing our share of voice through LinkedIn.
