Hearsay makes social media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hearsay has many different ways to cater to our agents social needs! My favorite Hearsay feature is the ability to approve or deny original post that our agents write.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process. Sometimes there is confusion on connecting a business account to a Hearsay account. We've run into this problem a few times with our agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay is solving the issue of social media management. It is also a great way for us to track edits and corrections between our compliance team and our agents.
Hearsay is effective for business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate the technology enhancements Hearsay is constantly bringing to the platform and ensuring clients have the best experience when using the platform. Also, the customer support team is responsive when issues arise and help to resolve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot remove or update content posted on a user's social profile once it's posted. I believe this is due to the API for social network platforms, but it would be nice to update live posts published through Hearsay in the future if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps ensure our teammates stay compliant while posting on social media, makes it easy to track performance per post, and makes it easy to capture a library of social media content for teammates to share.

What do you like best about the product?
Anytime we reach out to our assigned RM, Courtney Fusco, she is always right on top of the issue and researches in detail, continuously following up with internal programmers or other contacts to get us a detailed answer swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hearsay has been great to work with. My frustrations stem more from the nature of the APIs from the social networks rather than anything Hearsay can/cannot accomplish or provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently partnered with Bill Simpson from Hearsay to implement a lexicon refresh. In doing so, Hearsay was able to help us drastically reduce the number of alerts we were recieving as false positives. This has allowed us the capacity to look at our flags and do more trending analysis that can help us educate our supervisors on how to more effectively manage their advisors compliant social media use.
Managing 70+ directories at once couldn't be easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage 70+ different directories in one place and lock them is fantastic. The simplicity of updating business information in one place and so many places is a user's dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is almost nothing to dislike about Yext, the information you have updated and submitted doesn't seem to stick in some instances. When you go back into the listings, you will find that the business information has reverted to the original.

Yext solves the problem of incorrect business information online by providing a platform for businesses to manage and update their digital knowledge across various online directories and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps you manage everything properly, making your business process and workflow more accessible and quicker. Everything is under this one platform. Several advanced features and tools are available here. Its analyzing part is fantastic, and that helps you in analyzing your customer's requirements. The unifying, syncing and integration process is always so easy and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing the data or information from other platforms sometimes doesn't work automatically; it requires manual commands sometimes. Even this functionality does not work correctly sometimes., and status updates are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, we can now easily manage all the data and information related to our business or customers' details being executed most intuitively. HElping us to campaign and manage multiple marketing channels and advertising channels simultaneously.
Incredible tool for managing listings
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it so easy to manage the information on our listings for 100+ stores across an incredible range of sites. And also engage with customer comments and reviews from those sites as well, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I'm disliking at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext lets us easily create and manage listings for our stores across all the major sites and so many more I've never heard of. Plus we can engage with our customers' comments and reviews, both positive and negative to win back customers.
Small Businesses can't fully reap the benefits of all that Yext has to offer.

The support team that is available when things arent working the way they are suppose to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the Yext account to manage marketing for a small business. I do not like that there was a constant reminder that after 10 locations things will become easier.
