Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up my GMB listings was easy. This is a very helpful tool for easily managing listings. Support is always quick to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I would like reporting on the number of backlinks this is creating and what is the quality of those backlinks.

2. Listings are seen a lot more on desktop rather than mobile which is where most our website traffic is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy listing management. This is where I come to schedule special holiday hours. Bing is a search platform that is worthwhile to be on. This helps me maintain consistency outside of google.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform makes creating a detailed listing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag time in data for quarterly reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating cohesive, detailed listings that we can easily sync with our client's google my business to have the most accurate information shown on their listings at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Editing multiple locations at once. Store hours editing functionality is great and easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to update Apple Maps listings on this platform

Easy to use and manage store hours and temporary store closings for seasonal stores.

What do you like best about the product?
Connected to all major platforms to ensure that our listing information is accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not intuitive at all. Support is not included necessarily and is very slow. Not a lot of guidance or suggestions for SEO improvement.

Lots of issues - if you don't have the support feature...well, best of luck to you.

It helps me manage the listings for all 28 locations which would be a huge headache otherwise

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about yext is the easy push-through on google listing hours. Manually putting it through GBP is very time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Placing hours for seasonal stores isn't easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make changes to our listings in one place. It has streamlined a once tedious task to be easy and time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many things you can do with Yext that can be a pro for some, but for me, it can be a bit overwhelming when I enter in the platform and the options are endless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my position, it is solving making edits to our listing in a timely fashion. I used to have to manually make changes or mass changes to each individual listing but Yext has made it easier than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of publishers they are connected with and the ease of use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are not fully healthcare focused. They seem to have a bit more leverage in restaurants and hospitality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing listings for our locations and providers would be impossible to do without a partner like Yext.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me a massive amount of time on website updates, GBP creation, and making sure all of my company's businesses are represented properly online. Without them, my job would be harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes longer than I would like to get a response from support. However, I know they are probably very busy. It does not bother me, but it would be nicer to get answers more quickly in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helped with a problem we had with certain tasks taking up too much time. Things like creating GBP accounts, updating hours, updating websites, these are all made quicker and easier with Yext. This saves us time that we can use to do other important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext takes care of the heavy lifting of getting a company published on all of the online directory sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of entities and it takes a while to enter all of the information on the knowledge graph. It's worth it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext greatly helps us ensure that our NAP information is consistent among all of the online directories. We rank higher on search engines and more eyeballs see what we have to offer.
