Good and bad
What do you like best about the product?
The support/parnership aspects of Yext are what make it worthwhile. While we have been passed around from rep to rep, everyone has been very eager to partner and optimize our experience with Answers. The product itself I don't have strong feelings for or against. I think other search products out there are on par with this. But the team at yext has always approached any feedback we had with positive intent and they've also shared some really good ideas with us as well based on work with other clients in the healthcare space and even some outside of healthcare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant re-org happening on the Yext side is frustrating. Also, you can tell changes are made to maximize profit like removing our dedicated analytics reporting person. The only good side of this is that you get exposed to new people with new ideas for our Answers implementation. But when folks change over and over again you have to re-build that repoire and knowledge base each time to keep things moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a partner that can report organic user searches and then also optimize for us. We are so strapped for resources it's great to have a built in set of hours where Yext can support and improve without needing to tap our resources.
The only time I receive a response is when I need to pay for something...no support.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is aggregated in one place with one login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is terrible. I never receive any help. No one replies to my emails, support tickets, etc. My onboarding is incomplete, and it was closed without my approval. I am not happy with this.

I like that i can update my profiles in one place, and that is helpful to me.
Yext enables me to update 30+ locations in minutes. Very helpful during covid

Communication can be slow at times, response to requests

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is attentive and focused on being a solution provider for our listings. The data is easily accessible and helps us inform decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer ticket system has been a little slow lately. The resolutions are still coming pretty quick just not as quick as in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yest is helping us work with publishers to make sure our content is fresh and optimized.

Already achieved our first-year goal in the first few months.

Would like a weekly recap on any analytics sent to my inbox.

Backlinks and managing multiple locations information across all high-value directories across the internet.
Cross Organizational Experience with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
Technology first, leads the vertical with several UX solutions out of the box, many integrations with key platforms such as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment of solutions sometimes can take longer than planned due to organizational misalignments. Extensive enterprise processes sometimes hinder an agile approach.

Listing management services, answers and locator solutions - data control, better UX, scalability.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user access, great support, great people to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's been great working with them overall.

API Connection to online business listings.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and quick customer service when needed. The price is also affordable.

Forwarding reviews to other departments is currently taking to long to send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped update at least one location that has been addressed in a different state. Also, they have taken care of the most difficult vendors with wrong address information.
Support can be spotty, sales can be pushy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature of the listings platform. It's easy to train additional staff on, and relatively simply to operate. Competitors can offer too many bells and whiseltes beyond what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the turnover of the sales/support staff. Sales team seems to be undertrained and looking to maximize $ rather than customer satisfaction. An actual account rep rather than an outsourced support team would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's streamlining listing management for us which is great. The one stop shop for hours changes, especially in these staffing times, is great. It's relieved staff time on listing management overall.
Yext is the Ultimate Time-Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can update all our web listings in one place. The Yext Knowledge Graph is exceptionally user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not encountered anything I dislike about Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Yext to manage our web listings and ultimately improve organic search performance. Instead of updating our hours of operation across multiple publishers, we can quickly update in one place and see those updates reflected on each publisher.
