Yext
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to navigate and the fields are generally easy to understand. Connections into other apps makes the broad system more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing system for support isn't great - sometimes things could be explained and resolved quicker over the phone - but that really isn't an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying information across listings.

The reporting is confusing and empty. Does not support Yelp listings. Support tickets are left open for weeks.

Great software for local SEO
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and you can see things like duplicates and problems very easily. Good way to post to Google Business too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's tricky to navigate to the correct view, but really with practice it's a great tool

Keeping all of our client's local listings up to date and current and in one spot.
Great solutions to keep directories' updates and organic presence
What do you like best about the product?
1 - The best thing is the time you save in creating many directories, especially those that help get more organic traffic but are not too popular. I know the time it would take for a team to set that up manually.
2 - The friendliness and closeness of our rep whenever we need help or set up a call. Yext truly focuses on our issues, and they are always eager to help.
3 - The constant updates to the Knowledge Graph fields. Though many new updates don't quite relate to my line of business, I know Yext is always working on getting these things done. I hope they'll do the same for Google, considering they have been phasing out the Google Business Profiles platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
1 - The time it takes to update the Knowledge Graph vs. the directories updates. Granted, Google has made several changes to GBPs, but we've been unable to leverage them through the Knowledge Graph. Moreover,
2- I dislike that you can only upload one photo at a time in the Assets library; the only way to do it is to upload the images directly to each store and forgo adding them to the Assets library.
3 - Sometimes, the Support Team doesn't elaborate on why they cannot help you. As the point of contact, I'm not always the most tech-savvy person in the room, so it would be awesome to get a more detailed heads-up on what we can try or research when the Yext Support Team is unable to help.

1 - Mostly, they've been helping me to push the creation or edits in directories when these are very slow to respond to our changes.

Simple but essential
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to manage multiple accounts at once, the fluidity of the interface, and the thousands of customizable fields that allow the users to do exactly what he has in his mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface might be a bit difficult to understand at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps me with my job allowing me to manage thousands of different accounts at once, in this way I can improve my strategy in a faster way to be compliant with the market needs

What do you like best about the product?
We haven't utilized any of the newer AI features, but they are intriguing and they seem to be expanding in helpful ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service experience has waned over the past few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext provides the ability to target keywords that may not exist on our site due to institutional preference on search terms and provides insight into what people are searching.
Awesome Service
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life easier. Streamlines lead generation via listing management report widget. Provides a platform to manage my clients listings as well as offer additional value
What do you dislike about the product?
The support leaves a lot to be desired. Also, they have a lot of issues with their billing. They couldn't even charge me for 2 months and blamed me for the outstanding balance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are handling my local listing management services which benefits me by me not needing to manually manage all my clients listings on all the different platforms. Saving me time which is money.
Really like the listing service but love the analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are very in-depth and provide a seamless dashboard to be able to pick and choose the metrics and KPI's most important to your organization. Makes reports much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get it all implemented. I wish there was more documentation on some of the terms they use in the analytics, not all are industry standard, which is fine, but a better explanation of the different terminology used in the analytical portion would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us organize our directory listings, which allows our local SEO efforts. We also rely heavily on their analytical dashboard to build reports for our franchisees so that they can see the progress made on their behalf.
Excellent service & support for GMB

The team is super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

No complaints! Love the platform and find it very useful.

YEXT is super helpful when we find inaccurate listings for our company or run into issues with updating existing listings.
Best, most efficient way to manage local listings
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone in charge of managing local listings at scale needs Yext. Easily one of the best investments you can make, saving countless hours and aggravation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced some lagtimes in getting our listings approved across the platforms that required escalation, but in the end, we had the result we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing business with 150+ locations (growing exponentially), there's no way we'd be able to harness the value of GMB without easy updates through Yext.
