What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the level of detail and data with their product offering. I think the way in which they created the knowledge panel is a good mix of data visualization and clarity on actionable items. I also think their team members are certainly a plus as everyone I've interacted with has been great thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike but rather a potential area of opportunity. The onboarding process will undoubtedly have some back in forth in the beginning, but it seemed like more than we had anticipated even with the dedicated team to help work through the setup with us. Whether it's additional resources to review ahead of time or an ability to pair us with someone familiar with our industry, I think those could help smooth out bumps in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is currently solving for syndication of information out to various online listings. Hopefully, they will soon also provide social and review services if they can eventually integrate with a couple of industry specific sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is all your locations' data in one organized package. The ability to edit multiple locations at once is such a time saver. Yext also connects to so many different publishers, which is super helpful for locations worldwide where we may not be as savvy on what listing websites are being used. It turns tasks that would normally take an hour or two into 5 minute easy things to check off my list. Because of this, I can also take care of listings tasks more frequently, keeping our online listings up to date and handling user suggestions, reviews, and questions in a much more timely manner.

With our subscription, we also get a customer success manager that we can meet with every other week to go over new features and find ways to improve our listings. In addition to this, their online support is amazing. It is so easy to just send in an email to ask for a new Facebook or Google Business Profile page to be created and they handle everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have a few issues with Yext, but they are so good about releasing new updates that I do see these being fixed in the future. 1) Phone number formatting, I have many global locations to add and every country has a different way to format a phone number. I wish when I entered a string of numbers it would format it correctly for me. And 2) Google Business Profile photo uploads. There is a great tool that pulls all your business' images into one place so you can easily manage pictures uploaded by people. The only downside is that once an image is in there, even if you have it removed from the Profile, it will still show in this image management tool with no indication that it has been removed. Because of this, it is difficult to know which images have already been reviewed. This is me being nitpicky, overall it's a fantastic platform with improvements being released all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Yext we would be wasting a lot of time updating different platforms with all the same information over and over again. In fact, with how long it would take to enter all our location's information manually we probably wouldn't be on as many publisher sites as we are, which would then limit our potential for being seen by customers. Because Yext has easy scheduled updates, without it, there would be information being published late or too early. With Yext, we can have one employee manage all locations easily, instead of needing one at every location to manage their location's online listings. That's one person instead of 100+ needed without Yext. This also means it is easier to keep consistent with our descriptions, list of services, and other branded content.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we became a reseller, our account manager has been the same - for 6 years! That's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like making annual commitments of $100,000+, but Yext has been great to work with us on payment options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is our solution for Local SEO services.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows us to keep our business profiles accurate and up to date for customers. It is an easy and comprehensive tool.

I have not had a negative experience with Yext.

Yext provides one place to enter accurate information that updates all of our directories. It keeps the process easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see all your listings in one place, making it easier to navigate and identify problems. For example I can see the Facebook pages that are not synced, and why they aren't synced. The Yext support team has been helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Yext is the dashboard structure, I don't find it intuitive but once I do find what I'm looking for it's helpful. For example "entities" is a confusing term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all our listings and hours as a restaurant chain is quite overwhelming, and Yext is helpful with that and also with responding to guest reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The support staff rocks, they always answer quickly. I also like the service Yext provides for our doctors and nurses online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say anything negative. Only thing is if you are not familiar with using Jason / code, you are left out of some features to handle on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps with information on how to lift up your entities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the Yext team is always available whenever we need anything. Yext has made it easy to have our multiple businesses thrive on all sites and have consistency throughout. The Yext platform allows you to download and review any reports about your business, which makes it great to view all analytics at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints thus far. Everything is really easy to use and the Yext team is always willing to help when needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping our company stay consistent and current on all sites. Whenever there is an update, such as holiday hours, Yext makes it easy to download their template and upload the hours to reflect on all other sites.

Great onboarding service!

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is great for SEO. It is helpful to sync our company's name, address, phone number, website URL, and more to a large number of websites without me or my team having to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only recently completed their onboarding process so cannot really say just yet what I dislike. If I had to pick something, I would say that even though Yext covers a lot of websites, when all syncing is complete there will still be a lot of websites I will need to add my company's information to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We changed offices, in the same building but to a different suite. So we need to update our address on a lot of websites for consistent SEO, and Yext automates much of that.
