Helpful product, not the easiest interface to understand if you aren't from the SEO background
What do you like best about the product?
I like the people that help me close out all of my support tickets! I also like that I don't have to update all of the different platforms, instead I can update things in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface not the most user-friendly. I don't come from an SEO background or anything like that so I feel like I have had to ask for a few different trainings or put in support tickets because I couldn't figure out how to input or where to input the information. I get lost in all of fields, drop downs, listings etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for us to not have to update social platforms in 5+ different locations.
Manage 150+ directories in one click
What do you like best about the product?
Yext saved a lot of time. Imagine copy pasting the same content on 150+ directories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. I use knowledge graph package it's $1000 per year. It's worth it, but paying so much small businesses cannot afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm SEO specialist and it boosted our ranks in one month. It's a good solution for instant effect.
YEXT is a very helpful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
YEXT is a very convenient, user friendly tool to help manage and clean up your online presence. Their support staff is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have found so far. Everything is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped get our verification status fixed on GMB and it helps clean up our online presence.
Reviews and Page Management in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when it comes to managing various entities as well as reviews, we can do it all in one place. Our team is able to work on projects using various tools, manage our websites, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The posting on Facebook does not give me the tools to develop mockups in the formatting the company I work for requires. I do like that it is available and will continue to watch for updates on the social media side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide the tools to not only monitor but also respond to customers in a timely manner, all in one place instead of going to different publishers to view and respond to comments. We can also create workflows for approvals on updates for our pages. This allows us to both update and publish once all approvals are completed, all in one place.
Yext is perfect for our business.

The number of listings it covers helps to keep our clients updated

Need more rental and healthcare listings.

it's helping our clients that don't have access to some of their listings

I wish we can do more inside of the Yext platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows me to quickly and efficiently update business information. Previously I'd have to update changes in hours on multiple different platforms and always missed a platform.

The platform itself has been awesome, but we really appreciate the service we've received throughout the years.

Some of the Answers optimizations can get a bit complicated. Some of the steps we have to take are quite manual.

Listings management is incredibly helpful to us due to the number of locations we have and manage often. Our site search has been instrumental to increasing customer education and decreasing call volume.

The ease of use with the platform. Easy to get verified with Google My Business!

They change account managers too frequently.

Yext is solving the problem of having to get 40+ different branch locations verified through Google My Business and saves me LOTS of time!
Expensive and Not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is an established company so it works directly with major publishers unlike other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is not intuitive and it doesnt seem to be evolving to keep pace with demands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Yext for local listing and review management for our large franchised system. It allows us more control at corporate.
It was a great tool to manage the social listings.

Sync with all social listings and update all of them from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
e Sometime the sync will take more time.

Customer support will be much more faster.
