What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration and willingness to help Houston Methodist to achieve our goals and strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google and some of the health care provider are not as seamless as possible.

A Powerful Search Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to update data in one location instead of many. The support is also amazing. The new Hitchhikers program also enhances the ability to learn Yext.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues or anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext to enhance the ability of users to search for healthcare providers. Yext makes it easier to update provider and location information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any business where users being able to find you via search is important, consider using Yext.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to update in one place and see results throughout the web. I would also say the personal attention we receive when we have an issue is a big plus. Our rep goes above and beyond to make sure our team is taken care of and our issues are solved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that if you change up your Facebook login credentials you occasionally have to re-setup the connection with YEXT to get your analytics pulled in from Facebook. Very minor thing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of updating 400+ locations, with everything from large hospital campuses to a clinic with 1 doctor and 1 nurse in a 300 person town. The level of work to manage 70+ listings for each location we have would be the work of an entire department. Now 2 of us can keep up with the work and updates using only a few hours a week.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Yext is very responsive and does a great job at working through any issues we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some technical aspects have been hard to overcome, but over time we've been able to work through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext for our local store listings and have been able to get people into our system to apply for loans, which is what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is the best third party platform I have used. What Yext is capable of amazes me. I love to be able to make constant website improvements in a very efficient manner with Yext. Erin Fogerty has been nothing but a delight to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext can be overwhelming and took some time to learn. Other, than that, there is not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping with our Store Locator Pages, business hours, and customer feedback. We love being able to deep dive into our customer reviews and filter however we want. The filters are great as it can truly be filtered in any way (store, district, category, etc.) The Knowledge Graph is also extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext is very worth it and a great tool to improve your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Their service is convenient and a huge time saver. It's nice being able to worry about only one profile and all your listings get updated. They provide exceptional customer support and make onboarding entire brands to their platform effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when their support team is backlogged, and requests take a little longer than I'd like, but for the most part their turnaround time is very reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the local listings for multiple chains and it would be extremely time consuming to make updates without Yext.

Great Experience with the Yext Team

What do you like best about the product?
Yext offers a helpful and responsive team of experts during all phases of the onboarding and implementation process and beyond. Their platform is powerful and used by several well-known companies. I have full confidence that by using Yext our organization's SEO, brand awareness and ultimately revenue will see an increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of the Yext platform were difficult to customize for our specific business model. While the team was always willing to accommodate some modifications took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that led us to working with Yext was the organic discoverability of our company and agents. We had very little presence on SERP's and what was there was often negative. Since using Yext our agents' sites are generating more traffic and activity and appearing higher in search results, pushing down negative content as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext is a great company with industry experts when it comes to online discoverability. I highly recommend them to any company looking to grow or improve their online reputation and discoverability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like our customer success director, he is friendly, approachable and helpful. The platform itself has a lot of useful features and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quarterly business reviews which inevitably end sales pitching. Pricing model does not work for large businesses with many locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing listings for thousands of locations, suppressing duplicates.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we like about YEXT is the automation of complex datasets, ability to make large scale changes, and our account team!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides to YEXT is all of the ancillary services/products that are not included in the already pricey base subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YEXT helps us solve the problem of keeping our online store-level information accurate to provide the best experience for our customers. Additionally, they have helped us scale content at the hyper-local level to attract customers when they are searching.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the incredible people at Yext who are committed to partnering with us, their unique product set enables us to ensure that our customers are always able to find information about our business, on our terms - meaning that it is always accurate and up-to-date. Using their full search cloud suite, we have been able to increase google actions, increase footfall to our stores, enhance the on-site search experience significantly and reduce the need for customers to contact us for simple queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making our on-site search experience enjoyable for customers. Prior to deploying ANSWERS, on-site search was poor and only brought up blue links that had little relevance to the search term. This led to customers needing to call us or chat with us to find the right info having failed to do so themselves. We are also gaining huge insight into what customers are searching for which has opened our eyes to new product and service initiatives. During COVID, the immediacy of being able to update information about our stores, re-route customers to our chat platforms and provide FAQs in record time was been invaluable.
